Event management is a business of any small or
large event, reaching from private events such as
parties and marriages, from business to consumer
events (B2C) or business to business events (B2B).
For example: conferences, festivals and
exhibitions( Wagen & White, 2018).
Professional skills are necessary in the employees of
any event industry to handle and control their
workload. It helps the team members to cooperate
with each other and work as a team for the success
of the business( Genadinik, 2015).

Lack of professionalism
Unprofessionalism significantly distresses the exertion
and performance of an individual in event and
entertainment management industry.
