Introduction
This reflective essay is going to utilize all the models of disc rolls and a proper reflection
of an experience based education and work is going to demonstrate every time of effective
communication which is needed any kind of process and implementation in a hotel based
environment. This reflective essays on improve and work on the performance based questions
and basically a perfect purpose scenario and reactions which are related to the environment of
hotel management (Ambrose, 2019).
Reflective essay
I have experience several issues while walking in the event management company and
organizing several events have been working in this field of area since 2013 and being the duty
manager of such event planning organization have to keep all the aspects in my mind while
working with a bunch of people. While planning for a wedding in the past couple of months have
experience several things which have to be worked upon and one of the basic tissue I found was
the communication gap between all the subordinates in ordinates in my team. The purpose of a
there was to plan a correct wedding for 1 lines and make the day memorable for them. All the
things and events planned were happening as per the time aspects but because of low
communication there were several things which were not happening as per the time ratio and
division of time given by the client to the company. Due to this communication gap there were
several issues created in the event, for overcoming all these repercussions I had to make a
strategic plan for coordinating all my team as per the schedule. My reaction towards it was to
communicate a proper structure to all my subordinates in the event (Astuti and et. al., 2019). I
was not prepared for all such repercussions as while working for such event I had planned all
The structures and organized all the duties and responsibilities as per the skills and experience of
my team members. Due to the miscommunication and misconduct between all the members
there was series of issues and misconduct happening. This led to several issues created by the
client and the guest present in the event. I have to co-ordinate as per the guidelines given by the
organization and fulfilled my duties of finishing the event with correct impression of
organization. as a result I had to create a strategic plan of events and making all the things for
teenager there were several things which did not go as per the plan and the cognition had to face
the harsh comment and criticism from the client.
Analyzing the event
I was the duty manager who was responsible for all the planning and event issues by the
company and my reaction towards it was not that acceptable. My feelings that I had from all the
subordinates and other gas present in the environment was in involved because of all the disk
coordination in the environment (Brem, 2019).As per the time was very less I try to co-ordinate
all the things and made the event, after the event and there were several criticisms provided by

the client which had to be accepted in a very pleasant manner. I still feel very disrespectful and
stressed because of the issues which were created and the event which did not go as per the plan
I had created for several months. I became very disturbed and could not co-ordinate all other of
my organizational events due to which I had to take several timeouts to make my mental and
physical ability to work in process again. In any situation a person should always accept negative
aspects first so that they can never repeat the same mistake again after this event I try to co-
ordinate better with my team started to hear all their issues and problems which were related to
the time management and misconduct in any event. I try to measure all my practices and noticed
the changes in my behavior and measured all these aspects in a positive context. They were
several things that I noticed which I was doing wrong with my team that I was not explaining
each and everything to them in a proper manner which was also one of the reasons of the event
to say which after such analysis I started changing (Mohr-Schroeder and et. al., 2019) .
Proposed actions in the event
The things I will start to walk on after this event and my analysis is to keep my work
more coordinator and have a practice session with my team before performing in the event. This
is definitely going to make a difference in my working performance and reflect directly onto any
other event I will be planning in the coming future. I have been started to reading all the other
event management programs which are provided by several institution to cover up all my
mistakes and repercussions which I faced after planning this event I will be assisting other
seminar and many more management classes for making all my skills polished in a better way.
The one of the most important aspect that I should be addressing first in this case scenario should
be to have a correct coordination of communication with each and every member which is
connected in the process. After I will be planning any other event with the different location and
different mindset I will be able to co-ordinate well with myself and my own mental and ready for
any others in which might happen for you can but do not get stressed because of any changes or
irregular environmental. The one thing I learned after all this critical analysis and making a
proper affirmative model that the basic necessity in planning any event is having proper
communication while working for it and making a correct decision which should be reflective
and instinct in nature the most thing I will be working on his communication and having an
instinct of activities of later future so that I can be prepared for any kind of repercussions.
CONCLUSION
This reflective essay concludes the working procedure of a manager and importance of
all such kinds of regulation. Their are events discussed over which real circumstantial issue is
created to understand its aspects. The reflection of being hotel manager of organization and
handling situations with correct expressions of feelings and other things one goes through and
feel either emotionally, mentally or physically.
