Introduction
This reflective essay is going to utilize all the models of disc rolls and a proper reflection
of an experience based education and work is going to demonstrate every time of effective
communication which is needed any kind of process and implementation in a hotel based
environment. This reflective essays on improve and work on the performance based questions
and basically a perfect purpose scenario and reactions which are related to the environment of
hotel management (Ambrose, 2019).

I have experience several issues while walking in the event management company and
organizing several events have been working in this field of area since 2013 and being the duty
manager of such event planning organization have to keep all the aspects in my mind while
working with a bunch of people. While planning for a wedding in the past couple of months have
experience several things which have to be worked upon and one of the basic tissue I found was
the communication gap between all the subordinates in ordinates in my team. The purpose of a

aspects first so that they can never repeat the same mistake again after this event I try to co-
ordinate better with my team started to hear all their issues and problems which were related to
the time management and misconduct in any event. I try to measure all my practices and noticed
the changes in my behavior and measured all these aspects in a positive context. They were
several things that I noticed which I was doing wrong with my team that I was not explaining
each and everything to them in a proper manner which was also one of the reasons of the event
to say which after such analysis I started changing (Mohr-Schroeder and et. al., 2019) .

The things I will start to walk on after this event and my analysis is to keep my work
more coordinator and have a practice session with my team before performing in the event. This
is definitely going to make a difference in my working performance and reflect directly onto any

event management programs which are provided by several institution to cover up all my
mistakes and repercussions which I faced after planning this event I will be assisting other
seminar and many more management classes for making all my skills polished in a better way.

be to have a correct coordination of communication with each and every member which is
connected in the process. After I will be planning any other event with the different location and
different mindset I will be able to co-ordinate well with myself and my own mental and ready for
any others in which might happen for you can but do not get stressed because of any changes or
irregular environmental. The one thing I learned after all this critical analysis and making a
proper affirmative model that the basic necessity in planning any event is having proper
communication while working for it and making a correct decision which should be reflective
and instinct in nature the most thing I will be working on his communication and having an
instinct of activities of later future so that I can be prepared for any kind of repercussions.
