event that will reflect the culture and tradition related to
this event.
The aim of this arrangement for Diwali carnival is to
provide satisfaction to our audience to make this event
special.
IMPORTANCE OF EVENT PLANNING
Either it is a festival or proper planning is important to
execute the event in an organized manner.
Every event should provide a roadmap to guide the
audience throughout the carnival.
As a member of the management team I should ensure
that the planning of this Diwali event should cover all the
relevant angles of the event.
SCOPE FOR IMPROVEMENT
Managing an event as carnival involves lots team based
activities.
To improve the proper execution of the planning it is very
important to perform all the activities with collaboration.
There should be a feedback section given by the audience
to identify the scope for further improvement.
