discusses some career opportunities that an individual has in respect to his career.

The sector for this report is taken as event management or organising industry in
which companies conducts events as per demand and requirement of their customers such as
corporate parties, meetings, seminars, marriage or engagement programs and many more.
Under a client decides an event and reaches event management organisation to plan such
decided event fulfilling event needs. There are various companies that operate within the

London, Cascade productions, and many others which are operating in UK.

individual can open an event management company for which he can be a owner, or can be a

graduate people in desired organisation (Chen, Liu and Qi, 2020). These impacts
positively on future career of an individual.
Globalisation: The concept of globalisation has opened large market for employment
that is being integrated. This gives a thought to graduate employees in order to
achieve more skills that match with trends so to have better job in market (Gibim and
Wechsler, 2020).
Urbanisation: In last few decades many people shifted from their towns or villages to
cities in order to get education and good job so to have better life. It is very essential
for graduate employees to understand and acquire recent trends of urbanisation in
order to have its positive impact on their jobs.
Part time employment: In today's world many people are working as part time
employees which now a days is a trend that drives graduate candidates to get better
option and companies are also hiring part time candidates. A graduate candidate can
go for part time employment as is allows him to continue his studies as well as
