Introduction
The following report has been prepared to present a proper and systematic
development plan based on the Tedx talk event. The Tedx talk event will feature a talk show
involving a number of ex-students from Australian Catholic University of North Sydney. The
talk show will highlight the transition of these students from the college life to Entrepreneual
ventures (Candel-Mora and González-Pastor 2017). This will involve the sharing of their
experiences of turning into the typical workforce from a proper student. The event will be
held on the campus of the university and thus the members will be invited to gain an
understanding of the total fact. The report begins with the designing of the programme
planning and continues with the different requirements of the program accordingly.
Programme Plan
The programme that will be held in the coming week based on the Tedx talk-show.
The campus of the Australian Catholic University of North Sydney will be used as the venue
of the programme (Candel-Mora and González-Pastor 2017). The arrangement of the total
planning thus needs a proper and systematic planning that can be useful for the preparation of
the program. The preparation of the plan includes the preparation of a number of proper
steps. This includes the likes of;
a. Preparation of the list of the attendees- The preparation of the list of the attendees is
one of the major tasks that needs to be done at the beginning (Suk et al. 2017). The
preparation list is important as because it helps to arrange the different aspects like

copies of lecture notes, laptops if needed and many more as such.
b. Arrangement of the place of the programme- The arrangement of the place is another
major area of concern. The project manager has to keep a tab on the selection of the

place where the program will be held. In this particular case the program will be held
in the Hall 1 of James Carroll Building. The selection of the James Carroll building
can be beneficial because of the location of the cafeteria inside the building.
c. Arrangement of the foods- The selection and the arrangement of the foods is
important part of the plan (Nicholas and Steyn 2017). The food selection and
arrangement will be strictly done in view of the choice and personal taste of the
attendees who will be attending the programme.
d. Arrangement of the meeting with the stakeholders- The meeting with the stakeholders
can be equally important for the research as because the preparation of the meeting
agenda can help decide on the needs of the programme and will also ensure the major
decisions that will be undertaken to conduct the programme.
e. Preparation of a proper budget- The preparation of the budget is another important
element of the business. The preparation of the proper budget can help the programme
to ensure success. The budget needs to be confined within $400 as the programme
needs to be a small scale one with a very small number of attendees.
f. Arrangement of a sponsor- The arrangement of the sponsor is important for the
programme as a sponsor can help to arrange such talk shows (Shelton and Lovell
2019). The presence of a sponsor can also increase the marketing and promotional
efficiency.
g. Student involvement- It will be the task of the project manager to involve a large
number of students in the programme. As the programme is based on the development
and transformation of the students, it is important for the present batch of students to
participate in the talk show and gain a good knowledge on the transformation process.
h. Selection of the Time Management- The time management is one of the most
important processes of the planning. A 15 minute span must be kept for each interval
