healthiness as well as infirmities for the youngster in the near future. They mostly face issue in
managing the stint and vigor to get healthy nutrition and also face challenge in participating in
other physical activities that cause unmanaged routine and other fitness related issues which
include diabetes, weight gain and more (Batt, Geerlings & Fetherston, 2016)
In order to analyze such situation, it is planning to organize health related event for such
people who are suffering from such issues that will help them to live healthy lifestyle through
providing effective information related to health.
The core theme of the event will be “Day for Health” in which the event will embrace
numerous actions of fitness to augment the regime of the individual in an effective way. Whole
event will cover different activities related to fitness that will be arranged for three days. The
activities include running, tai chi, cycling, jogging, dance as well as yoga to make their life
