Planning an event require various kind of task formation and completion. Conestoga
charity club organised different kind of programs relating to raising fund for different kind of
poor people that are not able to get proper hospitalisation for various diseases. Cancer is one of
killing disease that effect on large number of people and many people not getting proper
treatment because shortage of money. Project Plan discusses about cancer fund raising event that
are organised by charity club.
Objectives
Donator are targeted which can give funds cancer awareness in the country and also help
in increasing awareness among different people in the country. Programs live streaming will also
be done so that can touch with large number of audience and also take support of them by
providing link for giving money for the cause. Organisations are focused on mouth to mouth
publicity of event as well as try to take positive PR coverage of the event. Operational objective
of the firm is to successful implementation style of its operation with the support of discipline
employees; it decrease time of work and increase productivity. Allocation of $2000 funds must
be done in right so that plan can be implemented in correct way and monitor as well control
activities related to it. Financial objective of the organisation to increase charity for the cause
which can help number of people in the country and hence return on investment can be
successful.

the way in which support cancer patients on the country. They also try to take their support on
social media so that can attract large number of people in the country for example celebrity
promote the cause and event on their personal social media handle such as Instagram, Facebook
etc. which help to influence and take support them. Company will make a list of the people who
will be contacted for the charity programs such as actors, actresses, social medial celebrity etc.
and each one of them will be sent and separate email so that they feel special and interest in
cause. It also set up a box in the event place where people can donate money by cheque or cash
and hence firm will be able to increase fund for charity programs. Online platform play
