INTRODUCTION
Event management can be define as that function which is related to management and
organisation of an function which is consist of various activity (Clarke, 2016). In present time it
is developing business and their are large number investors who are working in this field. In this
presentation chosen organisation is beyond certainty, it is event management organisation where
the focus on bringing innovation and new ideas in the working and management of event. In
current report there is discussion about various resource require to conduct effective event and
key management skills which are require to perform by organisation. Their is also discussion
about monitoring and other function related to event.

Website & blogs: It include those resource which are related to website and blogs of
organisation to attract customers and manage function in firm so that it can get maximum
customer to attract and show its different work.
Online courses: It is also an important resource for organisation as it help in
management of different events related to marriages and organisation which are main functions
of organisation (Coaffee and Fussey, 2017).
Community and network: This is important part of organisation working and
management of resource because community and network provide a channel to business
organisation where it can manage different events which includes cultural programs and
management of function related to profitability.
Event Technology Assessment: This is also valuable asset to firm where it can manage
its functions and will leads to success in organisational context. This also help in achievement of
objectives by linking them innovation and technology.
