Healthcare organisations have now focused on improving the knowledge and skill level of their
employees with rising professional health knowledge. There is ongoing process of training &
development that is adopted to have experienced based knowledge that is linked to bias thinking
and reduction of errors. Nurses and doctors part of healthcare professional now interested in
clinical decision making by proper application of integrated scientific findings and justifiable
decisions.

It is concluded from the above discussed aspects that evidence-based practices and quality
improvements are very important to ensure that there is a systematic and driven change that can
help in improvement of healthcare. It is used as a part of problem solving approach to deliver
high quality, patient care and safe services. With the changing time use of qualitative and
quantitative research methods have found to be very relevant use and the contextual organisation
factor to validate the process of introducing evidence-based practices. Clinical Research offers
observed confirmation for improving the quality of healthcare services. Without proper
evidence-based practices health care providers are at very high risk for variances that may affect
the patient outcomes.
Further, the incoherent incorporation of research evidence is also a major issue affecting
quality of healthcare services. Some aspects of inconsistent incorporation include market
pressure high amount of gap between evidence and no presence of practice. All these factors are
affecting the role of evidence-based practices with respect to practical implementation.
