Question1
 There are various factors available that can influence the work
philosophy easily. The first and foremost influence of work
philosophy is the coach and their experiences so that with the help of
their knowledge and experiences anyone can learn how to work
under pressure and how by focusing on gold anyone can improve
their work and get it result. Another thing which influence the work
is that the experience which I have earned in the previous games as
well as jobs especially in the university and school so that this has
also helped me to improve more for the future. Along with this skills
training and strength are also one of the important factors which can
easily improve the performance of individual and with the help of
proper skills and training I can improve my work.
 The experiences which I was able to gain in my past jobs were I
coached students of schools and university.

Question 2
 I have learnt many things from the placement. I have faced
many difficult and challenging situations as well but I have
overcome from them and this has helped me to develop
more skills and knowledge which earlier I was not having.
 One of the most important learning from the entire
replacement is that athletes come from different culture
region and values so communication is one of the biggest
challenge which I have faced but due to having
communication barrier I have learnt many new languages
which probably used by athletes

Question 3
 I have learnt many new things from this placement which I am going
to implement in the near future.
 I have developed many things in myself from the placement which is
useful for my team in the future. I have learnt sportsmanship from the
placement because it is very important to remain positive in life
always try to remain positive and see things positively and accept all
challenges. And I always try to remain fair with my team because it is
one of the important aspects of sportsmanship.
 Learning is to remain dedicated and committed towards my work. My
first and foremost priority is to remain committed towards my goals so
that I can produce more skills and knowledge to my team and with the
help of this training they can perform very well and earn their
predetermined goal.
