INTRODUCTION
The presented document is the CW-2 which will include various evidences for previous
project. This will include variety or documents which were helpful in completion of task that
were allotted in the university.
Summary
This is a portfolio which has variety of document which will back up the information and
activities being performed in the previous project work. In this portfolio, various document is
presented that deliver the reliability of work done for the previous project. In its inclusion,
various skills being developed in the course of project work are also being supported with the
composition of the document presented in this portfolio. The rations of preparation of this
portfolio include increasing the reliability of work being done for the previous project. In
addition to this, accountability of work being done for the previous project will also be reflected
for its efficiency in this stated project work. The presented portfolio will be an inclusion of
various evidential documents that will support the data which was being presented by me in the
previous project report.
In the given portfolio variety of documents are being included that ranges from quick
guide to reference, guidance to academic writing and similar materials delivered by university
tutors to shape. In inclusive of these documents, there were several learnings which were gained
in respect to personality development through which various learnings were being gained and
related to a course of personal as well as professional development. Overall, the given portfolio
will include various documents for which personal development plans were being tracked and
shaped towards an effective direction for their attainment. Furthermore, it can be said that
provided portfolio delivers appropriate evidence for the activities being performed for delivering
outcomes of the previous project or various tasks or activities being performed in university.
For the said portfolio, documents including guidelines to referencing and relative sources
were being mentioned. In inclusive of the portfolio relevancy of these documents were being
established in respect to work as well as activities undertaken to prepare project work being done
for the previous project.

TASKS
1.Harvard Referencing Quick Guide
Harvard referencing is putting the source citation after the quote and it is listed at the end of the
project by properly organising the alphabetically with the surname of the author. It is mainly
used in the academics project. It provides convenience for the author and reader. Harvard
referencing helped me to use the name of author with year of publication in the previous project.
Academic sources refer to sources that are considered while completing project work
keeping in mind the reliability of the information. The stated document assisted me with seeking
attention for relevant sources for which information and data in the report were being presented.
By going through this document, I was being able to complete my project with appropriate
standards which were being derived in the university. The mentioned document helped me to
deliver projects that were assigned to me in an appropriate manner for their completion. This
document guided my efforts in previous projects that were related to performing secondary
researches and delivering the project as per the project brief. Therefore, provided document, will
enable with better standards of research to be performed to comply with brief requirements.
2.SWOT Analysis
For the given document which includes the exercise of referencing helped me to cite the source
correctly as per the mentioned style of referencing. The given document was inclusive of various
exercises that were being provided by the university. In this document, several learnings were
being gained in respect to framing the project report as per the desirable standards. In its
inclusion, various actions being performed were being initiated with respect to appropriate
guidelines and deliverables of the project requirements. This document will back up all the
information and data in the manner in which they are being presented. For the reason being, such
activities enabled me to write with appropriate techniques and as per desirable standards being
accepted under university formats.
SWOT Analysis is a set of tool that assists in analysing the successful strategies for the
future and examining the external and internal factors both. SWOT Analysis helps to organize
the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It allows the company to organise the
information in the competitive market for the future marketing plans. This analysis helped me to
understand the weaknesses and threats which are considered while making the previous project.

3.Referencing Exercises
The given document includes Harvard referencing quick guide for which various
examples were being shown in respect to reference a book and journals. The stated document
helped me to reference the source correctly as per desirable or acceptable format of referencing.
This quick guide helped me to deliver project report for which my accountability in the
information or data being presented in the project report can be related. For this guide delivering
better ways of an accountable report format was being reflected. In its inclusion academic
integrity was also being fulfilled which in turn increased the relevancy of the report project.
To make the project and work more authentic proper recording the information and
marking the work with the help of original source. Referencing exercises helped me to test my
knowledge on the basis of referencing with the answers to be found at the end of the worksheet.
4. Academic Sources
Sources are the places which provide the information related to a particular topic. Such sources
can be the research papers, academic journals, books, reports published by experts or articles
which are required for the research purpose. Some sources are also not accurate due to its
incorrect information. While making the project, academic sources helped me to put the most
reliable sources in the research work.
5.Application of SWOT Analysis to achieve the state of personal well being
Application of SWOT Analysis is the important part of the strategic planning process which
covers the four part that is strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. By applying SWOT
Analysis the project can be made to analyse the resources and capabilities in the environment.
6. Data interpretation
It is the process in which the data is reviewed with the help of various processes and arrive at a
proper conclusion. The presentation can be in the form of line charts, tabular forms, and bar
graphs. Data integration makes the process of studying more accurate and simpler in order to
complete the project. Under this the data is filtered on the basis of valuable notes which also
includes the bar graphs and line charts. While making the previous project use of graphic data
has helped to solve the most common questions.
In the given document, Data interpretation helped me to test my knowledge on the basis
of interpreting the data with the answers to be found at the end of the worksheet.

7.Group presentation
Group presentation is the way to present the report of the class discussions which helps others to
identify the interesting ways to manage the information. The ultimate goal is to make the best
class discussions between the students on a particular topic. The presentations are the
introduction of the work so that it can provide help to others. It can be done into different
formats in order to complete the needs and goals.
The group presentation assisted the students in previous project by knowing their role
by being consistent and cooperative with other members. To make the project and work better
proper group presentation is required to make the project.
8.Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence is the way to understand the various emotions in a positive manner to
relieve stress and overcome the challenges in order to make the relationship more stronger. This
will lead to the formation of best team with a better environment because the students with
higher emotional intelligence automatically perform better as compared to other srtudents and
learners.
The Emotional intelligence helped the students to identify and interpret the emotions of
others which helped in making the relationships and enhancing the positive environment at
learning place.
9. PDP week11
In this week 11 we learned about the personal development plan to identify the individual goals
and the ways to attain the goals. The various areas which are required to improve and develop

appropriate techniques and as per desirable standards being accepted under university formats.
10. Applications and creativity
This module helps the students to be more creative which is required for success of the work in
the field of education. It encouraged the students to manage both the employability and study
skills to develop the abilities

11.Week-8
As per the mentioned document, quick recap is done how to keep students updated about the
various tricks and techniques to make a list of the goals for the assignment. Under this, the level
of students is ascertained to determine the direction of the motivation. The students can revise
the notes from the lectures and catch up the sessions if missed. Students can learn at their own
pace. In some cases, there is a lack of understanding when students do not receive enough
instructions to complete a project or assignment and some students do not have the positive
approach towards the education. So, students must be provided better inspiration and clear
objectives. Moreover, it improves the retention power of the students. At the class extracurricular
activities must be there to keep the students engaged and busy in their schedules.
12.Personal Development plan week-11
PDP is a type of self-evaluation and self-reflective which is considered for the higher level
education and it is also useful in the personal life. One can new new things and different ways to
manage the plans to achieve the desired goals. PDP is the main in training the students
professionally. It is the plan which is required to keep the students aware about their personal
values and updates about the assessments. Students will get appreciated due to their appraisal
process. This plan is a written record of self evaluation of improvements about personal,
academic or career goals. PDP allows to have a clear goal with various strengths and
weaknesses to improve their level of motivation and performance. It assists to keep the student
updated about their understanding on how to learn and improve the overall performance with less
stress. The PDP helps to identify the steps involved in the personal growth which is used in the
previous project. It allows to keep the students confident so that they can work together stronger
and make better relationships. As the individual performance is affected by the people around
them with the motivated workers. The students grow and achieve their goals by working
together. Students manages the skills by eradicating the gap by providing good qualification to
the students.
CONCLUSION
From the analysis of above report document, it can be concluded that, provided portfolio
modified with evidence which will support all the activities that were being performed in
previous project task. It can be said that, through the given portfolio effective evidence can be

submitted which in turn will deliver accountability and reliability of information being presented
for previous projects and related activities. It can be concluded that in order to make a project
successful various tools and statements are required such as proper Harvard referencing, SWOT
Analysis, Referencing Exercises, Academic Sources.
