In today's scenario hospitality industry is managing those people who move from one
place to another in order to gain entertainment purpose or business function. It undertakes
several companies like hotel, restaurants etc. Tourism is the practice of travelling to recreate
some function that is proceed by an individual in order to change the environment that helps to
learn new things. The main agenda of this is tourism is to provide accommodation to tourist to
enhance the promotion of tourism industry. Leisure is the opportunity or time in which an
individual will enjoy the time by relaxing and not performing the duties. Work for this study is
based from the view of Premier inn which is well known British Chain of UK (Phillips and
Moutinho, 2014). In this assignment knowledge about tourism along with their characteristic will
be covered in this report. Apart from this structure, components and evolution of tourism,
hospitality and leisure industry is discussed in the assignment.

attract more customers. So changes that take place in later twentieth century attract consumer on
mass level which determines that middle and lower class are essential factor for individuals.
