INTRODUCTION
Australia implicated to be the transition country where there is so many changes that are
being opted in the demographic, legal, social and other general areas and matters. It is been
observed that with the changes in decades their embellished so many transformation in the living
standards and the technical, scientific, financial and other major aspects. As through the previous
years and decades there is an enormous changes in the lifestyle and also in the cultural
background of the individuals through all the general means they inflict the expanded views and
the ideologies (Ward, 2021). In this essay their will be given the changes in the Australian man
since 1970s with some major examples.
TASK
In Australia there is been provided the cultural changes and the traditions as in the early
times their were seen that in earlier time the most of the impact is being framed through the
Torres strait Islander and the Aboriginal community man as they are known to be the indigenous
people which contemplates all the ancestral spirits and working. After the common wealth
emergence in Australia there is observed that the changed scenarios in the British colonies inflict
all the foundation principles with major acquiring elements and the rights. Their can be agreed
that all there is been seen so many changes from the time of 1970s and it complied to have the
major elementals and the method in which their social, cultural and the other demographic
changes are been observed and that to worth the scenarios and the revolution to manage the
openness and the functioning by breaking the older stereotype. The man also analysed that since
1970 there is been seen the major unemployment ion which all the diverse cultural issues and
background are covered and they initiated to start giving the women to right to vote. So many
areas in the companies did not managed earlier the timing and the settlement through which all
the culture are being covered. And this evaluates that from there the introduction in the 40 hours
working is made so as to create the legislate opportunities (Martin, 2021).
Australia initiated to manage the gender equality where the segregate all the pre
dominating areas and also manage the participation and the working to be aligned according to
the participation of women in the work place and with their altered right for child care. There can
be seen that only slight changes are been observed from the time of 1970s to the current scenario

and that is majorly that all such rights gained the acts and the legal applicability of the
government through which the mending principles are being framed. The other major changes
that are been observed in the men is been addressed by the Australians is the changes and the
growth in the entertainment areas (Protected Area, 2021). With the 1970 their observed that it
created the unrecognisable areas and the ways through which the trapping of the major elements
and the revolution of the 21st century is being made. The men has observed the social changes in
which so many stream, flare and the fever for the limelight and the social media is observed
(Roberts and et. al., 2022). Their is been seen that in early 1970s their was given the realising of
the black and white photos and all this was transformed as in now 2021 in the proper photo
shoots and the opting changes in several social media apps and sites. The other changes that are
been served is the revolution which were been initiated back then were being gained now as by
supporting and implementing the laws, for instance the rights in relation to the aboriginal
communities and also gay liberation is been observed. These all issues sparked back early in
those time period and now they all were being supported by the country by the federal support of
the government and the legal laws. Their is given the social up-heal in which all the political
changes and the legacy were attained with general norms and the setted up culture (Kelly and et.
al., 2021).
Nevertheless, there is given the changes in the cultural and the position of working that
the women somehow are now involved more in working and are equally participating and all the
society without creating any kind of taboo believes that all the men are equal in the society and
Australia some how framed their constitution through all the democratic and the general adaptive
rights and nature. As Timothy Conigrave given the Holding a man where he focused on giving
the gay love story and also to mange the human right with the non fictional elements. As this
provides that so many stigma and the rules are being created through which the norms and the
culture are aligned and the working nature and the principles are in complied with adaptive
changes (Barker, Seeman and Barker, 2021).. Since from the time of 1970s to 2022 there are so
man y changes that are been observed in the man and their lifestyles as their working patterns,
lifestyles and all the major elements with the critical thinking and use of technical advantage
with boldness is being grabbed. The man from the current scenarios are more confident and
motivated in their working and they also inflict the nature through which the growth is being
gained.

country which complies with so many diversions and the changes in their lateral adaptability and
working patterns. As earlier their were comminuted like the aboriginal and then torres islander
their observed that with the 1970s so many changes are opted in which the lifestyle and the
working nature of the men are transformed. Their is also seen that the gay rights and the human
rights in relation to no discrimination is framed. Further it is also concluded that from 1970-2022
