regulations and are handling the HR data. According to Hashem et al. (2015), these disruptors
are bringing in some significant changes in the industry of human resources as well as the
management solutions that are been used. In modern business world, each and every aspects
of Human Resource are influenced by these technological tools for managing and enhancing
