The business organisation is an entity that is engaged in such practices which involves,
manufacturing, trading and commerce. They are aimed to maximise their revenue and
profitability. Now that it has become difficult for the businesses to run because of stiff
competition in the market. There are many types of business organisations which are distinct and
categorized on the basis of their ownership, structure and liability (Boyce and Ville, 2017). This
essay will deal with the topic, namely the world of business.
MAIN BODY
Nowadays, businesses have not being the traditional mode of working rather the up-
gradation and advancement in the technology have eliminated this process and the businesses are
engaged in planning and implementing such strategies that can help in taking the dominance in
the marketplace. There are many factors which contribute in the success of companies which
includes technology, marketing, innovation , etc.
As the main purpose or objective of the business is to generate maximum profit, but the
focus of companies have shifted to include the technology in the business so that there can
enhanced level of offering served to customers. Right from using mobiles for communication,
transfer of files to driving cars, maintaining database using software, etc. all these have made the
working of organizations easy. The enhanced level of use of technology in business have given
more of the power to the customers and have resulted in making the competition tougher which
now requires them to implement the practice so that the need to research and study on customers
can be understood in order to offer best offering to consumers from the business (Iglesias and et.
al., 2020).
For example, the working of business in whole world has been changed due to big data
wherein high velocity data can be utilized by the companies in order to bring understanding of
the specific information and need to study the pattern and behaviour of customers so that
customer centric working can be ensured which can help in attracting them, thereby resulting in
high profitability and sales.
Another vital factor behind the success of businesses in this stiffer competition is
marketing. Aggressive strategy of marketing helps in gaining more success for business as it
creates brand value and image in the minds of customers as it helps in positioning the company

in the minds of consumers. The social media and other modes of digital marketing have set a
new benchmark for other businesses and new entrants so that their existence can be ensured.
Another factor which has changed the world of business is innovation which is regarded
as the key to success of business as it helps in adopting differentiation strategy. The companies
are required to make research on potential and current market trends together with prediction of
future so that such product or service is produced which can be aligned with requirements and
needs of the market. In the past, only those products and services were offered which can fulfil
the requirement of customers but now innovation have changed the scenario wherein it urges
businesses to serve such offering which can help in taking edge over competitors (Donthu,
Kumar and Pattnaik, 2020).
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded from this essay that the business has now changed its working due to
many factors such as innovation, marketing, technology, etc. as it has moulded their functioning
and made it easier for them to work. The traditional means of working is in contrast to modern
working which has now changed due to the above mentioned factors
