module, the Ecological Wastewater Solution (EWS) leadership team examines the various need
to accomplish the goal of the company and according to that create an appropriate project team.
EWS developed many plans in order to support project teams (Blaskovics, 2016). These plans
are as follows:
EWS has developed a draft organizational chart in order to assign the role to the
individuals so that everyone knows their responsibility in the team and work according to
that without facing any further problem.
EWS has developed a staff recruiting plan so that they can use new strategies and
innovative approaches in order to hire new skilled people for the project team
EWS has developed a team building plan so they can use new strategies in order to build
a team which will work together and helps the company in achieving the goals.
