INTRODUCTION
Business plan is a written document which defined in brief how a business generally defines
its goals. A business plan lays out a written roadmap for the company from marketing, financial
and operational standpoints (Papageorgiou and et. al., 2019). This report will consider
information about the business plan of a recruitment organisation such as Excel Personnel which
is a family owned organisation. This document will discuss different phases of business plan.
MAIN BODY
Operational goal- The aim and objective of the company is to make maximisation in the sales of
the company by 8% by the end of 2011.
Resources and funds- In order to accomplish this set business objective, the business enterprise
require different resources like skilled workers, effective team, equipments and machinery to
perform task, laptop, internet and many more so that they can execute their assigned duties in
more amended manner. Along with this, in order to perform the business activities and tasks in
more significant manner, the respective organisation needs £500. With the support of this, they
can conduct effective training sessions in order to improve recruitment skills that will support in
increasing sales of the firm.
Relevant personnel- In order to accomplish set goals, the organisation required personnel like
recruiters, recruitment generalist and HR manager so that they can support the venture in
increasing the sales by operating business activities in effective manner.
Communication methods- There main three methods of communication like verbal, nonverbal
and visual communication. Verbal communication based on words to deliver meaning. To share
information to others, with the support of written information it can be delivered. Nonverbal
communication occurs when meaning or messages are sent or received without the use of words
(Moro Visconti, Montesi and Papiro, 2018). Nonverbal communication can also be utilised to
change the meaning of verbal communications. Visual communication use drawings,
illustrations, pictures, colours, graphs, charts and signs to share meaning. These all methods can
