University Project: Excel and PowerPoint Skills Enhancement

This project is an artifact of a student's skills development, focusing on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. It details the student's learning style, identifying strengths in using these tools and weaknesses in problem-solving and creative thinking. The project includes a SWOT analysis to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, along with SMART objectives for skill improvement. The student reflects on their learning process, emphasizing the importance of practice and internet resources for skill development. References to supporting literature are also provided. This project serves as a practical guide for enhancing academic skills and understanding the application of Excel and PowerPoint in an educational context. The student has contributed this project to Desklib to help other students learn and improve their skills.

EDUCATION ARTIFACT
Academicals skill related to my development is with the use
of Microsoft Excel and power-point. This poster will cover
all key skills related to the use of Microsoft power-point and
excel along with the academicals strengths and weaknesses.
It will provide ways to improve the academicals needs on
the basis of the weakness discovered in Swot.

From my experience I have been able to develop a
strong level of skills related to the use of Microsoft
power-point and excel which are one of the most
essential tools for the academicals learning (Sump,
Mottau and LeBlanc,, 2019). These are said to be
the tool that not only provide us to present the
learning which we have been able to gather but also
interpret the data that can be gathered or used in a
form of representation. I am able to provide my
learning in a more detailed form of presentation that
would otherwise allow me to gain the key
knowledge that is required otherwise.
Visually I learned through watching videos which
were tutorials regarding these tools for me to develop
my understanding. Audibly I was able learning from
my teacher and their instruction that helps me to gain
access to the dos and don’ts. Reading skills of my
learning about the key practices related to the success
of using power point and excel was to develop my
learning experiences as an individual for the growth of
my academicals knowledge about the learning.
Although there was no form of kinaesthetic learning
involved in my experience but with the help of my
daily ups and downs for the classes related to the
learning was the key factor to my success which
brought me the strategies that are required for the

The way in which I have been able to develop my skills in the field of these two tool was with the help of
constant support and guidance that brings me the key towards the development of the strategies which are needed
for growing the experience related to the study of power-point and excel. Practice has been the key factor for the
development of this learning which has been able to develop the understanding of my learning in way that it
bring growth to the presentation of the assessments. I used internet for my help to find the key steps and skills
needed for the development these skills. My success also dependent on the management of the key practices that
required for the growth of the learning opportunities.
SMART OBJECTIVE
SPECIFIC- to enhance me excel skills to advance
levels.
MEASURABLE- To be able to solve all
academicals problems using my knowledge.
ACCESIBILE – I will be learning all the skill on my
own.
RARITY- These skills will help be achieve new
