While creating the elements of supply chain management for Execu clean are:
o Planning: the services with the customers should be planned accordingly
o Information: The information regarding the orders should be appropriate.
o Source: the source of information and regarding the services provided should be checked
o Inventory: since services are booked online as well the inventory of the company should
be maintained.
o Delivery: the most important part of the supply chain is the delivery. The time
management regarding the services should be ensured and taken special care.
o Location: location of the delivery of service is important to consider
o Transportation: the transportation should be smooth and hassle free in order to reach have
smooth function of the operation.
o Return of goods: there should be the option of return as in well in some way so the
