It begins by evaluating various project methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages. The report then delves into the project's critical path and network diagram, followed by an analysis of the stakeholder matrix and communication strategies. A detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) is presented to illustrate task organization. Finally, the report concludes with a risk register, identifying potential project risks and proposing mitigation strategies, thus offering a complete guide to effective project management principles and practices. The report also contains a Gantt chart and network diagram to visualize the project's timeline and dependencies, along with a stakeholder matrix to identify and manage key stakeholders. The communication strategy outlines the methods used to keep stakeholders informed, and the WBS breaks down the project into manageable tasks. The risk register assesses potential issues and suggests solutions, ensuring a proactive approach to project challenges.

Critical Path value
There are two path through which project manager can complete the project efficiently in the
organization. Both the path are as follows:
Path 1: 1 + 2 +4 + 9+ 10 + 21+22
= 1 + 14 + 7 + 2 + 95 + 1 + 10 = 130 days
Path 2: 1 + 2 +5 + 9+ 10 + 21+22
= 1 + 14 + 7 + 2 + 95 + 1 + 10 = 130 days
Using both the path will ask the project manager to invest 130 days to complete the project
efficiently and effectively in an organization (Heagney, 2016).
