Academic and professional skills are been taken into effective consideration that will help
in meeting the needs and demands of a work placer or organisation. The effective and skilled
work force will help the company to have a better share of customer satisfaction level (Gilbert
and et.al. 2017). This report will lay emphasis on the lack of specific skill mess of work force at
Unicef UK. Various measures and effective recommendations are been taken in consideration to

can support both the organization and employees in order to improve the performance
and business outcomes. The employees within UNICEF must be provide effective

impacting the quality of services that is been provided by the organisation. It will not only
increase the efficiency of the company but will also improve the relationship with customers,
enhancing their satisfaction level. Other than this, the better time management will play a very
deep role in the handling of the various business operations that will help in meeting the needs of
organisation. It will save the energy of the employee's to perform wide variety of operations,
giving them a better job satisfaction level and help them in meeting personal as well as the
professional goals of an employee.

employee dull and reluctant towards the work and thus help in decreasing its productivity and
efficiency. While on the other hand, the high self esteem and confidence level will lead to the
rise in efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation and help them to improve their working
over the business operations. The identification of the strength and weaknesses of the
organisation will help in meeting the operational requirements of cited organisation (Wexler And
et.al., 2016..).
Recommendation:
Unicef UK will look after the better handling of the different operations that will help in
addressing the operational capacity of the organisation. The firm will take in effective
implication, various measures to improve the skill sets and efficiency of employee's at work
place. Some major recommendations are:
Organisation will look after the better development of the emotional intelligence by
allowing them in the decision making process, identifying their strength and weaknesses
and motivating them to perform well.
To develop the self management approach, Unicef UK will provide the better training
and guidance to increase their effectiveness and skill sets like time management etc.
Besides this, company will look after the better measures to save and maintain the high
energy level of the work force by giving them regular breaks and rest to maintain their

Also, the proper delivery of effective training measures will help the firm to increase the
self esteem and confidence level of the employee's and increase their efficiency.
