1BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
The reports on exemplary business communication contain certain essential aspects of
business communication that would help business organisations as well as its employees to
excel in their field.
It talks about the marketing report and its usefulness in business. The daily
marketing report helps to track companies their marketing activities for a shorter period
thereby helping the company to identify its problem and adapt solutions (Myer Holdings
Limited 2018). The weekly or biweekly marketing reports includes To-dos of the company,
its deadlines, pending work of the company along with additional notes and activities that are
need to be paid attention to. While the monthly marketing report helps to compare the status
of the current month with that of the past 6 months or even years. It helps the reader to
understand the overall marketing activity as well as status of the company at present. From
this report, it could be understood that marketing report is incorporated with certain set of
data which indicates the performance of the company and it different departments. In
addition, the reports also elaborated on the usefulness of a Work Health Safety Assessment
which helps to assess risk and identify hazards and thereby recommends safe working
conditions. Lastly, the discussion on the Work Health and Safety Report gives a view that
its purpose is to present relevant information about the working environment of the business
