Introduction
In the words of Wilkins et al. (2017), cardio vascular diseases is one of the chronic
diseases that has been the prime reason in the rise of the death in countries. The prime reason
that has lead to such condition is the ignorant behaviour of people towards their lifestyle.
Consumption of excessive alcohol, cigarettes and unhealthy food leads to various serious
chronic diseases like cardio vascular diseases.
Outline
According to Raichlen et al. (2017), heart failure is one of the most common chronic disease
that has led to various deaths. This is most common disease that is being observed in people
of old age due to various wrong lifestyles that has been taken up during their lifetime.
According to a research, it has been observed that men mostly die due to heart failure rather
than women.
Lifestyle factors that leads to heart failure
Consumption of foods that led to deterioration of the health condition is one of the prime
reason that leads to heart failure. It is necessary that people must understand the impact of
food on the health and the foods that must be avoided. According to Metsios et al. (2019),
consumption of foods that are high in sugar can lead to various conditions that will be
affecting the person in their old age. Hence, there must be a check on the food that will be
consumed during their lifetime.
Long-term risk
There are chances that there can be various other kinds of diseases that will be caused due to
excessive consumption of unhealthy food. Accumulation of fats in heart and other part of the
body such as liver or stomach can be very dangerous if the lifestyle is not changed.

can lead to diseases like high blood pressure or obesity.

According to Morris, Purvis, Hu & Scheer (2016), a person must take up initiatives that will
help in reducing the condition of heart issues. Mr. Ryan has been facing heart issues since a
long time from the age of 52 and he is 60 now. He must ensure to consume more green
vegetables and fruits that will help in recovering his health condition. As he was also
suffering from obesity, it also help in reducing his weight by consuming healthy fruits and
vegetables.
Physical activity tips
It has been evident from the research of Raichlen et al. (2017), including regular exercises
can help in developing the health condition of the patients. Mr. Ryan has been suggested to
perform cardio and yoga that will help in reducing stress level and improve the heart
condition reducing weight.
Conclusion
It is necessary to keep a check in the food that are being consumed on a daily basis. It will
help in the development of the overall condition of the body ensuring better and healthy
lifestyle. Bringing changes in the food habit will led to development of the fitness as well as
