INTRODUCTION
Weather applications are the platform depict about the situation of weather at any of the
specific location. This project will discuss the list of certain weather forecast applications or
platforms. The various features associated with these applications would be analysed in this
report.

Weather forecast is a platform that precisely depict about the projection in term of
weather situation. Following are the list of app that can be used in order to get the brief
information and knowledge about the weather situation. These apps are very popular and
authentic as per the user experience that can allow the users to get to know all the various
features related to weather forecast.
AccuWeather
AccuWeather is a well-known weather forecast app that is keen for projecting the most
accurate forecast. This is an app that is available at a global level to monitor the weather
situation. The application project everything about the weather forecast such as what weather is
doing at this point in time, details in respect to radar scans which show the precipitation and
clouds around the wider location or area (Chamseddine and Candea, 2019). The application
further got the feature call as Minute cast. This provides the minute to minute details about the
position or situation of weather. The Minute cast depict weather or not precipitation can be
expected in the next 60 minutes. This application further provide the details in respect to the
speed of the wind, solar ultraviolet radiation (UV) levels, humidity, cloud cover, visibility and
much more.
Weather underground
This is another weather forecasting application that project everything about the current
weather situation such as wind speed in the area and probably the next week. This application is
packed with all the useful data and information about the weather situation in the area. This
application contain features like radar map, severe weather alerts, ski resort reports, sunrise and
sunset time. This application project how the current rain shower is ground and till what time it
would last. This further contain a feature call as smart forecast. This project about running,
hiking or any other outdoor activity.

Dark sky
Dark sky is one of the most popular weather forecast app that predict about the imminent
local weather condition with the use of current data reading. This further offer longer range
forecast that cover a wide geographical range of areas. It flick in between radar views, daily and
weekly forecast, temperature wind levels. This app allow the user to travel o any of the
geographical location and make them aware about all the key features related to the weather
forecast. Short term storms are also projected under this which could make this forecast app
more smart in it functioning.
Carrot weather
All the users of the weather forecast app who are looking forward to having a fast and
honest opinion about the weather condition or situation this is a best suitable app. This
application give emphasis to the basic but also involve missing of sarcastic quips and films
quotes alongside its weather prediction. This app provides the feature where the user can access
to the daily, hourly or weekly report of weather condition (Obiodu, Sastry and Raman, 2020).
The user of this application can further get a notification about the upcoming weather events or
patterns with the variety of the data channels such as weather channel and accu weather.

this app. This app will provide the quick summary about the weather report. This platform will

precipitation risk and sunset time into a rotating carousel. This application is well suitable for the
