Day 1 This is the day one of training in which the guidance and influence is
based on the cultural awareness. Facing issues based on cultures is one
of the common problems among employees. This training will be
given to the six employees as they are ones who highly faced barriers
in the communication and does not able to make any bond due to the
differences in beliefs and values. They will be catered with online
sessions in order to make them familiar with local culture.
Day 2 The second day training is based on the language barrier resistance for
those employees who are familiar with the local language of the
Vietnam and find difficulty to share anything with their colleagues.
Online workshops will be provided to 14 employees out of 40. as these
are found who find most of the issues in communicating.
Day 3 Health and diet issue is another concern among expatriates who find
difficulties in eating meals and food. As the environment is completely
change, the local food is Vietnam is also diverse which may or may
not like by employees who are going to that place. There will be
training based on the cooking classes, acknowledge them about the
local food market and caters the recipe pamphlets through they can
overcome such barrier.
Day 4 This session is based on the accommodation so that expatriates can live
a stress free life in a new place. As they might face the issue in
residing over there, providing hostels or accommodation may support
in combatting this issue. A guide will be provided who may help in
viewing places and living area. It is seen that three employees is facing
this issue so the training will be given to them.
Day 5 Loneliness and boredom is also found as an issue among two
expatriates. Online entertainment activities shall be given to them
where they can play fun activities with local and international
colleagues.
Day 6 As the Vietnam office has diverse tools and software programme to

operate, this session will be based on this issue. Employees may
obtain the knowledge about the systems or tools used in Vietnam.
Number of attendees will be 7 to 8.
Day 7 Family or spouse issues is serious and big concern for the expatriates.
This training session will help in controlling emotions and more focus
on the work. Although, the family can contact and even they meet
physically or virtually. It aims to think and work practically.
Day 8 As the laws and regulations in very country is different, it is also
important to serve the knowledge about the local rules and regulations
so that employees shall not face any kind of legal difficulties. This
training will be given by coach who will help expatriates to know more
the local legal terms and conditions.
Day 9 This session will be based on stress management which may faced by
many employees working in global places. Number of workshops will
be catered to them in which meditation or any physical activities will
be catered to the expatriates.
Day 10 This session will be based on managing money or monetary asset by
the expatriates in the Vietnam. As every country has different cost of
living, it is essential to direct employees about the same so that may
not face any financial issue in the new place. Different webinars and
coaching will be given to number of expatriates.
