Essay

My name is ABCD and I have been living in London for the past 5 years. I have gained vast
experience in these past 5 years as early I was working in the cleaning which allowed me to
understand the importance of working hard and being punctual. In addition to this, I was also
able to learn the aspect of being humble as well as treating others with respect as it allows in
positive personal development. Further down the lines I stared working at a restaurant where I
learned the key element of team work and how it allows an individual to ensure the work is
completed on time as well as in an efficient manner. Furthermore I changed my field of work and
stared working at an office where I was able to use my past work experience in an optimal
manner. The experience allowed me to ensure that I am productive in my work as well as
maintain a high level of performance.
Currently I am working at Holland and Barret which is a chain of health food with over
1,300 store in more than 16 countries. In my current job I have had both positive as well as
negative experiences which have allowed me to further expand my knowledge along with
experience in an effective manner. I was able to use my the skills that I attained from my
previous experience in order to achieve high level of performance at Holland and Barret. This
has helped me develop a positive relation with my manager, customers as well as broaden my
experience relative to the retail market. I was able to utilize the skill of team work within the
organization why provided me immense support in maintain a high level of performance as well
as productivity. In addition to this, I was able to develop positive relations with various
individual in the retail sector as well as learn form their experience. This allowed me to attain
crucial knowledge that is based on how various situations can be handled in an systematic as
well as structured manner.
The experience is crucial for me relative to my applied course as it will help me utilize all
the skills attain from my experience in an effective manner. It will allow me to ensure that I will
be able to perform at a high level during my course as well as maintain optimal productivity. In
addition to this, both the course as well as my experience is vital for me as I wish to establish my
own business in the market with my husband. This will allows us to work together as a team and
combine our experiences in order to ensure the business runs in a smooth manner. The business
will be able to perform in the market as I can utilize the experience gained in a proper manner

which will ensure that our established business is able to fulfil our dreams and attain success in
the market.
