This psychology report delves into the experiences of participants regarding regular physical activity. Employing Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), the study examines the patterns of physical activity during a typical week, motivations for exercise, and the evolution of physical activity throughout participants' lives. The research involved face-to-face interviews with three female participants of varying ages, exploring their perspectives on physical activity, its impact on their lives, and the factors that drive their engagement. Key themes emerged, including the integration of physical activity into daily routines, the role of health and well-being as motivators, and the influence of personal circumstances on exercise habits.
