Expert System

Introduction
An expert system is designed and implemented
for solving complex situations by reasoning
through bodies of experience rather than a
conventional procedural code [1].
The goal of this investigation is to analyze the
key features of the expert system and identify the
importance of expert systems in the companies.
The title of the paper is the application of an
expert system: A review of research and
applications that were written by Chee and other
authors in the year 2016 [2].

Content of the paper
The key purpose of the expert system is to
achieve an integrated diagnostic process for
air conditioning enhancement that can help
the companies for growing their businesses.
The authors examined that diagnosis, repair
and instruction all these are common
categories of the expert system used by the
consumers.
This paper reviewed the various applications
of the expert system.

Research Methods
It is a key part of the investigation that help
for improving quality of the study.
