Question 1
The applications that suits the Expert System the most includes the likes of Interpretation
application. The main reason that this application have been suiting the expert system is because,
Expert System have been implementing the processing of inferring situations as per the
descriptions that are gathered from the sensor data. One of the exemplary application that can be
considered in the process is PROSPECTOR (Som et al., 2019). Another application that have
been suiting the Expert System is Prediction apps. It can be stated that with the help of the
Expert System have been utilizing data that are collected and generated in order to perform the
prediction process. This section ensures that there are better understanding of the entre situation
and better prediction can be made in the process. Designing apps also use the technology of
Expert System. It have been seen that the expert system have been properly configuring objects
under the constraints. An exemplary application that can be considered in the process is Dendral.
Monitoring application is also considered as one of the major application that can be considered I
the operational process. It is seen that the observations that are gained in the process are
compared in a proper manner and hence wise the vulnerabilities that are present in the process
are also assessed. An application example that can be considered in the process is namely
REACTOR (Yong 2016). Debugging is yet another application that suits the working process of
the operating process of the Expert System. One of the exemplary debugging app that utilizes the
same is namely MATHLAB. Repairing application is also considered to be one of the major
application that suites the operational process of the Expert System. The major reason behind
this implementation is the ability of ES to perform proper execution of plan as per the
administration of a complex problem. Example considered is Toxic Spill Crisis Management.

There is a complete separate database section in the Expert System. It have been seen that
the knowledge base is located at a location that is situated away from the interference engine. It
is also seen that the knowledge that is present in the knowledge base is present in a non
sequential manner. This indicates the fact that rules that are to be implemented in the processing
is highly independent of each other. This section ensures the fact that the detection process of the
issue gets easier and the detection process is also more convenient in nature as well (Albakri,
Abuhamdeiyeh & Mousa 2017). It can be stated that after detecting the issue that is present in the
system, eliminating the issue and rectifying the same gets easier. It is seen that the independence
in the codes of the conventional process have been lower and hence wise detection of the errors
that are present in the system gets performed in a lesser efficient manner and this is what leads to
improper correction of the errors that have been detected. It is also seen that despite proper
detection of the issue, the time this is consumed in completion of the error reduction process is
higher due to the higher complexity.

2.1
As per the data that have been provided in the ES, it can be stated that in case the dollar
exchange rate is falling, then it will be beneficial to take loan at that point of time. As per the ES,
in case the dollar price rises, it ensures that there is a proper assessment of the interest rate and
similarly the interest rate will be on an increasing node. This ensures the fact that the assessment
of the operational process will be leading to decrease in loan taking procedures. Another aspect
that is considered in the process is that if the dollar prices decreases, the interest rate will also be
on a declining node. This section ensures that the loans are to be taken at this point of time.
Another aspect that is considered in the process is that in case there is an increase in interest rate
the mortgage that is to be paid will be higher. Hence in case the interest rate decreases due to the
decrease in the decrease in the dollar rate, the mortgage that is to be paid in the process will also
be in a deceased manner. Hence in case the loan is taken in this period the interest rate that is to
be paid for completion of the payment period will be getting decreased. This section ensures that
there are proper loan repayment with least of interest in the process.
2.2
It is seen that as per the data that are provided in the process is that in case there is no
change in the dollar rates, there will be no change in the interest rates as well. This section also
ensures that there are proper assessment of the interest rate that is to be considered in the
operating process. It can be stated that in case the interest rate is unchanged the bind amount
remains unchanged. This ensures that there will be a fluctuation in the interest rate. The ES will
be telling her take the loan. This section also ensures that there have been a proper assessment of

the data segmentation and hence this includes the fact that there will be a proper assessment of
the loan amount that is to be paid. In case there is least or no change in the interest rate and this
is considered to be a positive situation for taking loans. In case the rate of dollar increase the
interest rate will also be increasing and this is the situation when then loan is not to be taken.
However, taking loan at this moment have been acting beneficial in the process. This section
ensures that there will be proper assessment of the loan taking and repaying process and the loan
taker will not be having any kind of issue in the operational process. This is one of the major
process that is to be considered in the functioning process. Hence this situation will be beneficial
for taking loan.

Decision support system can be considered as an Expert System that will be beneficial in
the operational process of the conceptual framework of the supporting managerial decision
making process. Usage of the quantitative models are also considered important for performing
solution analysis. The reason of selecting this process ensures that the usage of educational data
mining is also performed (Som et al., 2019). Educational Data Mining have been one of the
major aspect that have been benefitting the working process.
The data sets that are gathered in the process is the required is the IS graduated student
data, another data set that is required in the process is the group of subject major that they had
taken in the initial and previous courses. Another set of data that is collected in the process is that
final grade of each of the final exams. These are the data sets that are considered important in the
operating process. These parameters are stored in the csv file (Subaeki et al., 2019). After this
normalization process is performed.
There are certain limitations that are considered for the DSS. The DSS limitations
includes the fact that there are difficulty in quantifying the other data sets. The data sets that are
considered o to be important in the process is that there is a requirement quantifiable data sets.
Another limitation that is present in the process includes the fact that the assumptions that are
made are not known to the DSS. There might be presence of system design failure and this is one
of the major aspect that is considered in the process.

The models that are considered for the proper operating of the business factor are namely
the Symbiotic models and Expert model.
Symbiotic Models: There are a development of Symbiotic DSS models ensures that there
is a proper assessment of decision supporting process. In this process the core analysis tool have
been effecting the performed regarding the production planning and construction process. The
issue that it will be detected with the model includes logic of the computers that directs process
managers. There are several logic based theoretical issues that are considered in the process
(Masum et al., 2018). This is one of the major prospect that is considered in the section.
Expert DSS model: In this model the major aspect that is to be considered in the process
is namely the aspect that the entire working process is based on the data that are collected. This
ensures that the data that are collected in the process will be ensuring that there is a proper
analysis of the generated data and hence this ensures that the subjective issues can be resolved.
Even the information that are unstructured in nature are properly assessed. This assessment of
the unstructured data in a proper manner helps in better operational process. The issues that this
model will be handling are decision making issues that are based on assumptions.
