Writing is defined as the medium of communication which reflect on the significance of
languages to be able to read and interpret. It is one of the tools that gives individuals a platform
to express their feelings and emotions in context to the worldly affairs through usage of several
systems such as alphabets, syllabaries etc. This essay is based on understanding the significance
of writing and the purposes of writing in today's scenarios. There is a need to understand that
people adopt writing for several reasons. However, it consists of explorative type, descriptive
type, persuasive type etc. and the purposes involves understanding about academics, concepts,
exchanging information, for entertainment and more. Primarily, PIE stands for to persuade, to
inform and to entertain. Consequently, writing is refereed as one of the effective foundations to
connect with other people and learn and unlearn new and innovative ideas and opinions. It
mainly deals with the ability of an individual to describe a situation or challenge through using
words and demonstrate the facts, ideas, opinions and share it with the specific group of people or
a particular individual. Moreover, writing is the bridge that brings transparency and clarity to the
readers or scholars from the author's viewpoints. It is portable and has been etched in the form of
wide range of purposes like genres, vernacular and formatting styles. Thus, there is a clear and
concise agenda before writing about anything or any other topic and must be authenticate and
devoid of any ambiguous sources.
In regard to the above, the orientation of people towards writing is divided into three
major categories like legal or official work, recreational purposes and personal component. Its
necessary to share and emote one's emotions in more profound manner and writing is that
framework which either question, share an opinion or detail or related to the artistic expressions.
This written communication played pivotal role in building any official documentation or
legislative contracts or agreements (Kress, 2018). It gives a podium to the management or
administrative section of any company to bind the individual in appropriate order to outflow of
ideas and other information. There is also significance of putting impression on clients and
customers. For instance, large corporations are hiring people with good writing skills to write
about their marketing plan or product development. This gives them an added advantage to

manner. In addition to this, it is imperative that writing for recreational purposes are meant to

franchise by the interventions of the Warner Brothers. This clearly demonstrated that writing has
the capacity to deal with stress, anxiety or optimism and other such humanly emotions and leads
the entire human race to understand the diverse cultures, religions and historical backgrounds of
this world. Nevertheless, the real purpose behind taking writing is to understand the complicated
topics from fields like engineering, medicine, architecture etc. and also help people to gain
knowledge and skills set to empower themselves to face the challenging world (Gregg and
Erwin, 2016) . This is considered as one of the liberating forms of communication in the form of
journalism writing and blogging these days. People are getting awareness due to this
instrumental tool of writing and making their emotions more expressive through utilising words
either for their recreational purposes or doing any official tasks or protecting their opinions in
prominent ways.
Furthermore, writing is imperative to help others in promoting a permanent system of
exchanging information and details in context to any subject. There is preservation of the old
scripts and its related manuscripts that pave the path for upcoming generations to follow and
explore the glorious background. Moreover, it is necessary to have an authenticated form of
binding agreement between the employer and the employees'. There is an extension of one's

In regard to the above, writing is important in sharing ideas and factual data through a
proper documentation process which makes it legal and authentic. Along with, it would prevent
the occurrence of scams or any fraudery and assist in safeguarding the confidential data of any
organization or government institutions. It is also refereed as the creative project by the
entertainment sector as it has the ability to gain the momentum and share the details in
transparent mediums. For instance, hospitality industry requires this writing skills to make their
menus appealing so that they are able to sell off the products easily and with ease. It is a cyclic
loop in which the human thoughts are contributing to the cultural values and traditional systems
to educate or reach to debatable topic through using words and alphabets to construct an
ambience of proper set of paragraphs. Moreover, it adds to the intrinsic value of the writing and
personalizes the writing through more than one way and fulfil the expectations of the writer. For
instance, blogging is the latest trend which generates awareness among the youth at the
