INTRODUCTION
Business communication can be describe as the process that is used by company in
order to share information to customers (Bovée, Thill and Raina, 2016). This is very effective
for attracting and influencing customers. This report is based on Marks and Spencer
company. In this different benefits that is accomplished by business though Facebook is
determined.
MAIN BODY
Facebook is a social networking site that is used by most of the customers. There are
various benefits that could be attain by Marks and Spencer company by posting
advertisement on Facebook in order to communicate with customers (Shih, 2013). This is
innovative and creative way for sharing information to customer as well as attract them.
