This particular peer post, a detailed discussion about social networking has been outlines.
In this paper, the peer has effectively developed understanding about the most important and
popular social media namely Facebook. This has been analysed in the light of business
communication process. In this post the peer has effectively pointed out the features of social
media platforms, which can be used by the employees to get connected with the companies and
effectively link their feedback with the organisation (Mariani, Di Felice&Mura, 2016).
This particular peer post has a simple language and convincing tone that effectively
details how the social media can be used in the business communication process. Starting from
the designs to the convenience of utility, Facebook can be used for sharing information, and
developing inexpensive marketing strategies. In this post the peer has effectively pointed out
about the process through which the Facebook can be used in the individual and team
communication process (Galati et al., 2017). However, the utilisation of Facebook in the
communication process between the team members has been detailed but how this can be used to
communicate with the employees is not mentioned.
The strengths and weaknesses are prominently shared in this post in which the parts of
the drawbacks are more important. This discourages the users to get privacy while using this as
business communication process. This post has referred to a particular case of Ontario health
team to facilitate the collaboration and communication through Facebook that most of the
employees has avoided for privacy concern.

platform, and discovered how this can be used for effective business communication. However,
more in-depth discussion were needed for making this post more convincing and application.
