Introduction
This paper will discuss about the issues that were resent in the commencement of
management of Facebook and the steps that are required for the better commencement of the
issues that were present and the steps that had been taken for mitigating the issues has also
been stated in this paper.
The following study demonstrates the lack of security of Facebook for storing the
private data of clients. It analyzes the data breach issues and primary cause behind the kind of
data breach issue. Next, it has discussed about the dedicated team under the organizations to
control the kind of complex issues. Besides, planning of Facebook in minimizing the kind of
challenges faced due to data breach.
Thesis Statement
“Facebook is not secured enough to store the client’s private data”
Recent history states that Facebook has not been efficient enough regarding handling of
the data that are stored in the data base of the system. Facebook is both morally and legally
obligated to treat the private personal data of customer fairly and respectfully. Providing
protection to the privacy of customers never means to drain the overall business. It must be
performed wisely such that it can create a good will for their users and raise the sales. This
must be done simultaneously through reducing legal and business risks. Here, the strategy
must include more than providing security to the network from the hackers. This also
involves posting a boilerplate policies. The problem of FB.O or Facebook INc.’s respect for
data privacy is broadening. This includes the data that are collected by non-users. As per
Mark Zuckerberg, the Chief Executive this is the biggest social network that is able to track
individuals. This is irrespective of the fact that they possess any account.

First of all, Facebook has been witnessing various kinds of issues due to the data
breached. These are discussed hereafter. It can be said that there were some issue from their
server side and the hackers took advantage of that issue and this case of the data breach
occurred (Caplan & Boyd, 2018).
Next, it has been essential to determine whether the data breach has been done
intentionally due to the organization. To understand the situation, it can be said that this is
absolutely not true. It can be said Facebook is a huge organization and they always take care
of their users. So there is no way that Facebook is going make this data breach intentionally
which can harm their valuable customers.
Accordingly, to the latest research, Facebook has successfully detected the main reason
behind this data breach issue (Cristofaro, 2017). There was a server related issue behind that
and the Facebook has already started to fix this issue.
To understand the amount of data and data types that are compromised here, it can be said
that some of the personal data of the peoples who use the Facebook is breached. However, in
this case, no sensitive data has been disclosed. The actual figure of the peoples of which the
data is breached not shared by the CEO.
Further, there are dedicated team under Facebook to manage the kind the complex issue.
These dedicated team of experts are highly efficient to handle this type of issues related with
the security. It is also stated that in this case this team might be inactive or failed to detect the
intrusion. It is also said he needs a meeting with this team to as soon as possible to find out
the actual reason of failure (DeVito, 2017).
There are various changes undertaken by Facebook for eradicating the issues of data
breach. Facebook is bringing some new policies and rules within the organization to make the
security tighter than before and will help to secure the data of the Facebook users. However,

it must be reminded that this kind of data breach problems can re-occur again. With new type
of security experts and security systems and changes in the policies will ensure that this type
of incident does not occur within the organization in near future.
To minimize the problems of data breach, Facebook has undertaken various plans. They
are planning to determine the existing security issue within the organization. By analysing
those issues proper actions will be taken for mitigating those issues. There after new security
implementations will be done within the organization with more high features to tackle this
type of data breach issue in the near future.
In the recent time security issue has been the major issue that affects the processing of
the management of Facebook (Fumagalli, Lucarelli & Musolino, 2018). Issues that were
present his is one of the major reason that the progress in the commencement of Facebook
has been one of the major reason. Despite the fact that security in Facebook is designed with
highest integrity the Amon aspect that is preset includes the aspect there are several glitches
in the commencement of the project. This is one of the main reason that proclamation of the
project gets performed in an in efficient manner (Iversen, 2017). Despite these issues that are
present in Facebook regarding the security there are many fundamental advantages that leads
us to the usage of Facebook. The first issue towards the Facebook organization was regarding
the security framework that is used in Facebook asked about the exact framework that is used
in Facebook. Mark Zuckerberg had previously answered this question in an efficient manner.
He started stated that incase of large websites like the Facebook there are a lot of attacks that
have been going on (Johnson & Kelling, 2018). This is one of the main reason that the
projection of management was not performed in a proper manner.
Due to the attacks that are made by the exterior sources the main issue that is faced by
Facebook is that the data that are stored in Facebook gets in danger. But as the security

the attack (Mohamed, Ibrahi & Nilashi, 2015). This racking of location helps in gaining
access to the server that has been trying to gain access to the data base of Facebook. After

management of the security terminology gets easier. Threat Data is considered to be one of
the best framework which is used for resolving the issues regarding the threats and attacks

of the main reason that Threat Data is being used globally by Facebook for retention of data
in the curse of management of the project terminology. Again if the project terminology is
based on the platform of mobile phones that might get attacked by the virus, spam and
malware the main advantage that will be achieved includes the management of the project in

of the antivirus module that is present in Threat Data for the commencement of the virus
protection for the platform of the mobile phones.
After getting a proficient answer to the question regarding the security framework of
Facebook, the main concern that is present in the management of the project commencement
included the fact that what was the severity of attack that was felt by the internal stakeholders
of Facebook. Hence the next question that was asked included the aspect of the extensive
affect and issues that were initially faced after the attack was performed. Mark Zuckerberg
provided a very precise answer to this question in the initial stage of developing the issues.
He stated that there has been an initial threat regarding the projection of the profiles, which

was performed by Facebook, Facebook managed to protect 40 million accounts from the
access of the hackers (Wilken, 2014). Despite they were capable enough to protect the 40
million accounts, 50 million other accounts were hacked by the hackers.
The hacking team might have stolen data from the 50 million Facebook accounts that
were hacked and this would have resulted in the prosecution of the managed of the private
chats and personal data that were provided in the Facebook profile. It can also explained the
methodology that might have been used for the proclamation of the project. This includes the
aspect that the management of the project was performed with the help of the better
