other multi-national organisations. For any business organisation, it is imperative to develop
appropriate corporate strategies to bring positive contribution to the organisation in terms of
increased revenues and profitability. Companies must used various business frameworks such as
SWOT Analysis , PESTEL Analysis, Competitive Analysis to analyse the Internal as well as
external environment so as to assess their positive or negative impact on the business and to take
corrective ,measures to improve the performance of business. This report is based on the Global
Strategic management of Facebook. It is an American online social media and social networking
service owned by the Meta Platforms. It was founded in 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg , current CEO
of Facebook and Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes.

and controlled by its CEO. Now the question arise what strategies might have adopted by its
CEO in order to run its overall management. Facebook is doing good and has maintained its
reputation at world stage therefore it is evident that the strategies they adopted is very dynamic
and effective and valuable to the organisation. The study below is the strategies which are
