A non-verbal email, or a paper document can help. A more attentive, person centred care
with respectful addressing of the subject’s name and maintaining an eye contact so as to
address the client communication with attention and regard is important.
6. What relevant policies, procedures and documents may be
required? (Max 25 words)
A subject consent form, a client satisfaction form will be required. An evidence based
counselling practice with the addressing of ethical complications is vital.
7. How would you respond to crisis or distress? (Max 50 words)
While managing the case of Damien, crisis might arise that can again cause care process
disruption. A behavioural therapist and security guard must be at proximity in times of
distress. Checking body posture and changing the tone to a more defensive one or a firm
one, when needed, can help.
8. Are you able to work within your scope of role? Why/Why not? Who
else may need to be informed? (Max 40 words)
