context
In the whole world every nation set their goal, rules and
regulations to be followed by every people and every company.
These rules and laws are made for the improvement the living
standards of people and welfare of the organization There are
many laws and regulations related to business deals and
transactions so that every business know about their work going
easily with no affect to any laws. Many acts that have been made
for the hospital industry and also the management of Hilton hotel
situated in UK, ensure about the facilities' manager along with the
employees does their work as per the laws that have been laid
down by the UK governance.

measures that must be implemented by
a facilities manager in a given context
In every organization environment the major
factor that has played an essential role in
making it customer friendly is health and safety
factor. In hotel industry it is compulsory for
every company of this industry that ensures
about its customer's health and safety. Hotel
Hilton is sure about that they have resources
put these measures into practice are useful for
its customer. When it goes to the context of
health of people, its management team ensures
that the food is being provided in this hotel is
healthy and made with all precautions. They
also ensure that equipment's they use is the
best quality in their segment.

use for customer transportation are serviced and checked
regular basis. The hotel management also consider about
environment. For this purpose they insist on planting trees

hotel industry and it is good for people who is a customer of
that Hilton hotel.

work that has to be complete and maintained by the organization. These
documentations are compulsory for that. To operate and run the
business it is essential for that to follow rules and make proper
documentation. It is required for access all activities regarding business
and it also ensures to its stakeholders like employees, customers,
public, government etc. that the organization fulfill its all paper work
related to its properties and assets. It ensures to all that company works
for public and its work is safe. Safety and health related documents

business performance.
