janitorial services, etc. that are necessary for providing a better and more comfortable

career in facilities management in hotel sector a range of skills like IT skills, effective
communication skills, leadership skills are required to facilitate a better and friendly

environment to customers through resolving all faults and issues on time.

The guest speaking session is effective in yielding theoretical knowledge about various
concepts of facilities management and enhanced our knowledge about various topics and skills
required to have better educational qualification in this sector but to have improvement in our
skills and to gain better knowledge a practical learning is more effective as it facilitates actual
and real experience of working which lead to better development and improvement of skills.

through making me aware about various concepts ad topic of this sector which can be easily
applied by me in future to have proactive management and properly fulfilling all the operations
and task of facilities management through constructed facilities and organisational assets. This
