Evaluation and Review of business process to organizing a perfect training and
development program in the hotel- Training is the best process to easily identify the skill and

should be managing the services and facilities in proper manner. This is important to take care of
their guest as well as buildings.
Engineering system- Green Park hotel has various equipment and machines use for
development that would be maintaining by hotel. This is important for organization to maintain
their machines time to time because without servicing it will damage.
Plumbing system- This system provides an effective service to take care of all the
important stages and process. This is the main part of hotel to Keeping sanitary and water related
operations control by hotels. It will also maintain the entire business process and activities.
HVAC System- This is important system to manage the air conditioning and different
operations in this hotel.

It is very important for hotel manager to performing different role to fix some criteria that

hotel conducting an efficient training program that would be helpful for organization to increase
