of facility manager in KFC and Burger King. Apart from this, the coming trends which will that
will change the industry and the chance to grab that opportunity.
Performing self-appraisal and key skills required:
After conducting my self-appraisal, I got to know about my personality and the
deficiency of skills in me. Based on the skills required in KFC and Burger King, I need to build
up confidence, to be technology savvy, multi-tasking, needs to come out of my comfort zone,
lack of flexibility, to be interactive and needs to be somewhat creative and innovative. So, all

these skills required to make a better career in facility management in big brands like KFC and
Burger King.
Based on self-appraisal, steps that can be taken to improve my skills:
I need to take proper training in order to build up some confidence, also to learn
analytical tools that will be helpful as a facility manager. Along with that, I need to engage in a
course where I could learn about the personality development, effective communication and also
engage in activities that will make me interactive and goal oriented and which will help in
bringing up some creativity in me. All these are very important for getting a job into Burger King
and KFC.
