INTRODUCTION
Motivation is the factor that assist the management In improving the employees
performance and productivity with in the company. This is being done by various forms for a
particular motive. It assist in balancing the effective unit by which an industry achieves the
individuals leads to work, it means they learn certain new things and ability as well as
create the strong unit at their workplace. There are some reasons for which people work,
motivation is the technique by which member feel valued and satisfied at their workplace.
This report will cover the study of motivation and the factors which can attract the workers
and their positive and negative experience during working in the company.
MAIN BODY
What is motivation ?
It can be refereed to the procedure which initiate the particular for their improved actions
I their given job responsibility. It is primarily considers the emotional, biological and the
social forces which can operates the specific behaviour. There are various theories of
motivation which can impact on the human behaviour -
Herzberg theory of motivation:
It states that there are some factors at workplace that gives satisfaction while discarding a factors
that gives dissatisfaction. It was introduced by Frederick herzberg in 1959. It contain two
categories which are describe below.
1. Hygiene factor: these element are the needs which individuals desire and expect to be
fulfilled. These factors dissatisfy employees at workplace, there are some ways to reduce
these section, are pay reasonable wages, ensures job security and create positive
surround in the workplace. This consider some factors that are determines that salary
composition must be suitable and commonsensical. It must be symmetrical and
competing to the others which are working in the same industry and in the identical
itinerary. The policies of the business should not be strict. They should be clear and
clean. It should include breaks, leave office, negotiable operative hours, dress code. The
senior associate should provide the effective and auxiliary environment in the work
place. it states that the company should provide health care plans, welfare for family,
employees insurance etc. these element satisfies the employees that if anything happens

hesitant they have benefits that will save them. This factor analysis the working status of
the company which consider safe, clean and hygiene. The stock list which are supply they
must be updated and well kept up. This states the human human relationship of the
employees with their mates, elder and associate must be appropriate and recognized.
There must be no fight and disgrace present .
2. Motivation factors:
These factors promotes the workers for performing efficiently and it is involved in performing a
job. This is done by the employers by rewarding there employees as promotion, in achieving a
goal and objectives . The factor includes :
Recognition- the manager must permit and discourse to there person on their
performance. They necessary influence them to occupation hard so that they can grow
social.
Sense of achievement- the worker must know that how to alter chance in achievement. It
is depends on the activity, they should work with all the devotedness and with good mind
set.
Growth and promotional opportunity: the arrangement should supply time to time chance
and growth offers for the worker, so that they feel actuated and work hard for attaining
that possibility.
Responsibility- it determines that the associate should be responsible for the work. The
elder should provide the control in the hand of director or worker , so that they will
realize their duty of doing task on time by attaining the objectives.
What are the various factors that helps In encouraging the employees to work -
There are some basic components which motivates the employees to work in the company
with full efficiency -
1. salary - it is the factor which is being paid by the company to the employees as per
the skills and knowledge. The company pay wages on the basis of the quality of
performing activity. This is main and basic reason of performing job this increases the
efficiency and influence them to give their best with in the company.
2. Promotion - this is refer to the action where the employees are promoted to the
higher designation in the company. As well as it makes feel proud the person it self.

This makes the respected in the concern. It improves the productivity of the person and
skills personally. It also increases the responsibility of an individuals.
3. working atmosphere - this is the factor which is link with the work surrounding that
covers the healthy environment with in the company although it is the major duty of
the manager to make the good and safe atmosphere where employees feel safe and
secured.
The positive factors that is experience by the employees while working -
while working in the company the employees get the various good points that has learned
during the working period and that factor motivates them to work for long term in the
organisation-
1. Skill development and growth opportunity - the workers work for improving the skills
and ability of the employees and interpersonal skills for the upgrading of the
performance in the workplace. This gives the promotion to the designation and many
other factors that increase the living standard.
2. Recognition - this is refers to the activities where the person gets the recognition in the
workplace or outside the market where business is running or in between the employees
and peers. That make feel valued by the workers and others.
3. Modern performance management - when the workers is having so that they can
have the better way in order to have better outcomes with in the company. The most
crucial components which considers the performance management as constant
evaluation of the particular operations assist in determining the deviation from the
work and assist in growing the efficiency and the productivity of the workers.
The negative factors has experienced by the worker while working in the concern :-
During working In the company the employee get both factor so as usual they get the
some of the points are listed in below :-
1. toxic working environment – unhealthy environment of the workplace can leads to the
early leaving jobs of the workers and overall activities which is being done with the aim
of the long term sustainability of the workforce but the unhealthy surrounding and bad
treating by the seniors demotivate the worker. It creates the negative experience for

the staff as the members are making negative talks which impact the operations of
the enterprise. The workers feel unsanctified from their operations.
2. Workplace conflicts - the fights and different kinds of mindsets between the employees
have different mindsets and all the actions are varied performed by the peers auctioned.
All the conflicts leads to the deduction in productivity and operations of the company.
3. unfair policies of the workplace - the basic reason for the employees to leave the
workplace is unfair policies that is implemented by the managers for employees. They
must implement some good policies like leave policy, health and wellness policy, house
allowances for the employees who are working outside from there home town.
CONCLUSION
The above report concluded that motivation plays vital role at workplace and grow the
productivity of the workforce in the company. There are assorted factor which ecourage
the employee for hard work and dedication towards their work which consider above
discussed points. It makes positive experience for the workers by giving growth and
opportunity and modern management of action. On the other side the employees get some
negative learnings also. It is the basic duty of the manager to provide the healthy and happy
surrounding in the company.
