Motivation is refers to the aspects of imitating, guiding & building goal oriented
behavior that is related to the cognitive, emotional forces that also reflect and influence the
behavior of the individual. It is majorly maintain the overall working by which the company
can achieve their per-defined goals in an well defined manner(McDermott, 2021). When the
individual is working, it means they learn the certain aspects which is leading make their
strong set of skills at the workplace. There are various approaches and reason that why people
work. Motivation is the aspects which is leading to have the direct emphasis on overall
working so that they can feel motivated and influenced. This respective report will analyse
the certain theories of motivation & the aspects that influence the overall working of the
employees in positive and negative manner. Lastly, it will analyses the strategies in order to
comply with the negative experience within the organization.

experience, predict and control in the human life that can be meet by the society & the
family. This is also leading to have the free mind set by which they can work
properly.
Love & belonging needs: This is the need that is being arises as the person is having
the various consideration for their personal relationships, contentedness and also leads
to feel the part of the certain groups. There are certain aspects that is leading to have
the various examples and includes trust, friendship etc, which needs to be fulfilled so
tat they can be motivated for the next level.
Self-esteem need: It is the aspects which is related to the two categories, first is self
esteem for the person ad the other is the achieving the dignity by which they can get
the achievement. Another is related to the recognition and respect of the individual so
that they can get the prestige from the other person and the status of the person. By

Self-actualization needs: It is the highest level of need hat also involves the actual

being rewarded which leads to have the motivation of the person by using the
appropriate methods of achieving the goal aspects. It includes the receiving the
appropriate feed-backs.
Extrinsic:It is the certain aspects which is related to the exhibition of task by that
person can have the outside effect which is leading to receive the rewards, avoiding
punishments etc. which is also leading to helps in certain cases that contains the
rewards.
The various factors which motivate employees to work
Salary: It is the certain amount of money that is being earned or can be given by the
person who is performing some sort of job and also effectively meeting their needs. In
this aspects, person can do what every they wish to and getting good pay so that they
can rightly gain the incentives that are more likely to work in the right direction so
that they can effectively reach to their desired goal. This also leading to give proper
time in order to solve the certain approaches by which it leads to increase the overall
efficiency of them.
Promotion: It is related to the aspects in which an individual is being promoted to
the higher level from their current job and also leading to have the better results
within the organization. Employees are being promoted to the higher level of job so
that it will leads to increase their position and become more responsible in their given
tasks and leads to become influenced in the particular organization(Darré, 2021).
Work Environment: It is related to the factors in which an individual on giving
or providing them effective working area by which they can make the use of their
skills & abilities in an appropriate manner. When the worker is performing in the right
direction so it leads to enhance the overall productivity & profitability of the
company.
