Introduction
Background of the Research
Performance of employees is a measurements of how well an employees is working
towards achievement of organisational goals and objectives. Employees performance should be
very effective and it should be lead to the development of business goals. Performance of
employees could be calculated through their reporting managers, employees themselves and
colleagues through which they are working. Some of the technologies which are coming in
organisation in order to develop their productivity and potential (Lartey, 2021). There are certain
factors through which employees performance can be enhanced these are job satisfaction, morale
and company culture and employee engagement etc. the organisation selected within a given
proposal is Aldi. It is the one of the German family owned discount supermarket chains which is
having 10,000 stores in 20 countries. It was founded in the year 1946. this proposal includes
research aim and objectives, literature review and research methodology.

What is the importance of employees performance and productivity within an organisation?
From the views of Alharafsheh, Harahsheh, and Alrawashedh, (2021) Employees
performance and productivity is the best options for the organisation in enhancing their
performance. It will helpful in enhancing organisational productivity and their profitability.
Productivity at workplace is helping organisation ins developing their positive environmental
and creating friendly environment within an organisation. In relation with Aldi, there managers
are working towards enhancing employees potential and it helps them in reducing employees
turnover of the organisation. It also engage employees in building relationship with their leaders
and managers.
What are the various factors affecting employees performance and productivity within Aldi
working environment?
According to Javadi Khasraghi, and Hirschheim, (2021) There are certain factors which
can influence em,employees performance such as no job satisfaction- when employee are not
getting good job satisfaction, then this may be resulting in decreasing their motivation and it
impact their performance. The other is negative working environment- if employees are not
getting friendly and positive working environment, then this may be resulting in decreasing their
motivation and their productivity decreases. Also, it will sometimes resulting in leaving from
organisation. In context with Aldi, they have faced these issues and some of the factors which
Aldi employees are facing are low morale and non clearance of goals and objectives of business.
If employees are not given clear tasks and goals which they have to perform, then this may
results in creating confusion among them and reducing their performance. Also, if they are not
having proper guidance to follow their goals and objectives, and they are not enhancing their
morale. Then this may be reduces employees morale and values of company. So, it is important
to enhance employees morale and productivity.

PURWANTO, 2021). Further, there should be confidentially maintained by the researcher and
they should not bias with the results as well. There should be proper evaluation of the answers so
that true interpenetration should be maintained.
Conclusion
Limitations of Proposed Approach
Some of the limitation should be having of this research is that there could be lack of
