In an organization, there are various factors which can provide adequate impact on the
planning and also and other activities of the company. Planning and also organizational skills are
useful to maintain the effectiveness of the company and enhance the profitability of the
organization. In context of this study, it is analysed that there are various factors are identified
which can affect the planning and also organizations such as time management, prioritization and
scheduling (Montano and et. al., 2017).
Time management - In order to maintain the planning in an appropriate manner it is necessary
for the organization to focus on time management so that all the specified task can be complete
within a given time period. With the help of time management, employees can easily remove
their stress level and improve their experience in their organization.
Prioritization - This is also considered another factor which can provide adequate impact on the
planning and organizational. It is mandatory for the manager to prioritize each and every task so
that manager can effectively maintain proper chain of command and delicate all the proper duties
and responsibilities to the each and every key participated members. If manager can effectively
prioritize each and every task, then it will be beneficial for their staff members to maintain their
performance. This factor is helpful to resolve the conflicts and improve the communication
among the team members so that they can effectively participate in the activities.
Scheduling - Scheduling technique is one of them which can directly affect the planning and
organization process. There are various types of scheduling techniques which are utilizing by
the organization but it necessary for the organization to take care about time management tools
so that it the entire schedule task can be complete on a specific time period and maintain proper
time duration. In order to improve the scheduling process it is mandatory to follow Urgent /
Importance Matrix model which is incorporated with 4 quadrants categories implementing
specific activities of the organization and tackle the workload. All these quarterly activities are
mainly depend upon two factors like urgency and importance. All these four quarterly activities
such as quick and simple square, high priority square waste square, planning square. With the
help of all these quarterly activities organization can effectively understand the whole scale and

mentoring each and every task on the basis of specific time period so that employees can work
properly and constantly improve their core competencies and also reduce their workload (Wheelen
and et.al., 2017).
2.1 Write an evaluation of your learning strengths & weaknesses in relation to
a learning theory
It is necessary for the individual to focus on their personal and professional development so
that individual can appropriately sharp skills and adapt specific core competencies in order to
improve their performance level at workplace. In this study, any specific theory utilized which
can useful to improve my learning and enhance my effectiveness so that I can effectively achieve
my career goal. Kolb's learning cycle is considered as the effective learning theory which
developed by the David a Kolb 1984. This theory is mainly inspired by the working condition of
the Kurt Lewin model. Kalb's learning cycle is incorporated with four stages which are
considered as the process to improve the learning and knowledge of the individuals. With the
help of this learning cycle I can effectively focus on my strength and weaknesses so that I can
breakdown all my threads in order to get appropriate opportunities for my future development.
Some specific steps that are involve in the learning theory such as concrete experience, reflective
observation, abstract conceptualization and also active experimentation. With the help of this
learning theory, I am able to understand the whole scenario and find out a positive aspect which
can help full to improve my experience so that on the basis of a specific situation I can easily
reviewing my experience and then generalization of all the concept in order to prepare a
appropriate planning for my next step (Grm and et. al., 2018).
On the basis of specific situation, I have analysed that time management, communication,
leadership qualities are my core strength which can help full to to improve my performance &
efficiency level. I also focused on my weaknesses and I analysed that critical problem solving,
decision making are my weak point. I want to maximize my strength criteria so that I can shape
my career and make my career brighter because I am seeing a potential growth on myself. I want
to remove my weaknesses and replace it into my strength so that I can overcome the impact of
barriers which can create problems on my career way. I am constantly taking feedback from my
mentor and teachers so that I can improve my strength and remove my weaknesses which can

specific realistic & practical strategies to reduce weaknesses such as focus on strength, learn by
example, improve the communication level, and conduct a strategic planning. All these steps are
considered as the practical approach in order to address in the learning weaknesses so that I can
effectively work continuously to overcome of all the weaknesses and turn it into my strength. On
the basis of this study it is also identified that reflection method is also useful to improve the
quality of the learning so that I can utilize reflection method to addressing learning weaknesses.
Apart from this some another strategies such as taking stock of the existing knowledge,
recognize the gap in learning, evaluation and feedback, integrated new and existing knowledge
are considered as the most practical approach and strategy which can useful to addressing the
learning weaknesses so that I can appropriately improve my learning and develop my strength
criteria (Makadok, Burton and Barney, 2018).

Behaviorism learning theory
Behaviorism is considered as a term which mainly demonstrates the external factors and
also identifies the behavioral conditioning which can utilize in the learning process. In context of
behaviorism, it determined the idea of the positive and also negative rain info cement which is
considered as the effective tools and techniques of the learning and maintained the modification
in the behavior and also provide proper reward system and punishment. Behaviorism mainly

involved in the behaviorism learning theory such as consequences, immediacy of the

the help of behaviorism learning theory I can effectively focus on my communication level so
that I can usually interact with other people in a positive way in order to improve my network
(Weis and Willems, 2017).
Kolb's learning theory
This theory is considered as the most common theory and also best known as a learning
styles theory which is incorporated with four phases of the learning. All these faces can useful to
enhance the experience of the individual and also provide a specific learning style so that they
can easily improve their situation and adapt the current environmental consideration (Hwang and
Lai, 2017). This theory identifies the various types of learning styles such as visual, kinesthetic,
reading, and auditory. Most people utilize all these learning style and make an effective
combination in order to predominant of all the learning things. This running style is also
considered as the complementary way of the learning and teaching. On the basis of this learning
cycle theory, I can effectively experience my experimental learning and reviewed it on the basis
of specific circumstances so that I can easily take an appropriate decision in order to get new
experiences. This theory is work like a cycle and conducts all the steps on going way so that I
can continuously focus on my experience and improve my skills with the help of a specific
learning style (Harasim, 2017).
