company for a long period of time.

done by providing positive environment for
effective working. The literature review will
elaborate the importance of employees in the
workplace for which the employer should try to
make effective policies for betterment of
employees. According to Anitha, (2016),
retention is the process in which employer takes
steps to protect the job switching of their major
employees. Employee retention is the method
by which the employer looks forward for good
policies in order to retain talented employees
for attaining goals and success of the
organizations (Ahammad, Tarba, Liu, nd Glaister,
2016.).

Sampling Technique: Probability sampling technique will be
considered for this research paper in which random sampling
technique will be chosen so that everyone gets equal
opportunity to get selected. 50 employees will be selected in
the British Petroleum Company to get relevant response
about proposed topic.
Access: The research will conduct in London where the
company is situated.
Ethics: The researcher will use ethical norms for conducting
suitable behaviour with their research participants.
Researcher will also secure the confidential information of
research candidates during the research for making reliable
research outcomes.
Data Analysis Technique: the statistic and content analysis
technique will be considered in order to analyse the primary
and secondary data respectively.
