Health care services play a very important role in development of a community. They
can be directly associated with overall functioning of the society and methods that are used to
ensure that the society is able to grow and develop at a healthy pace. Through the help of this
research investigation, the researcher would be able to highlight various issues and aspects
related to delivering services to customers that may help in fulfilling their varied needs and
wants as well as ensuring that these services are of the highest standards.
