competitive edge it is important for company to have the devise disparate strategies so that they
are able to contend with its competitors and more so to increase the overall organization
performance. On the other hand, the Grobelna,, Sidorkiewicz. and Tokarz-Kocik,,(2016)
predicted that the employee must be motivated in order to have fulfilment of task in achievement
of respective goals so that’s the company can in order to have development of employee in
understanding of the long run perspective. On the other hand, the Cheng, and Yi, (2018) also
argued that’s the attributes and skill of employee doesn’t not only rely on their actual skill but
also the level of motivation in order to the exhibition of a particular person. The author also
added that there should be quality of human resource management along with having the level of
critical evaluation on the respective organisation’s performance.
As per the views of Grobelna,, Sidorkiewicz. and Tokarz-Kocik,,(2016) there is major
importance is the employee job satisfaction as the factor which is considered as the motivation to
other performance contributor for remaining employees. On the other hand Amin and et.al.,
