factors which needs to be consider. In This respective report, any business organisation is going

Target audience and competitors – Before launching of any brand on the global scale,
it is very necessary for a firm to properly segment the market using demographical
factors. In order to target towards a focused audience which is necessary as multinational
products need proper market penetration to gain strong engagement from local audience
which can only happen when the correct customers are being targeted. Altering the
marketing methods and the launch strategy by studying the current market competitors is
also important as undercutting them or countering their products can help the newly
launched product quickly gain mainstream attention.
Business, marketing and communication objectives – The launch of the product in
global markets must be subjected to the current goals and objectives of the business and
businesses must make sure that the objectives belonging to different departmental
