Every child is a champion and has a right to accrue an education. Although the
development take place throughout the life span but still childhood is considered as the
primary stage. It can be considered on the basis of research that intelligence potential of a
child develops as soon as they turn to four years. However, interventions are done during this
period will reflect in rest of my life (Spiro et.al. 2017).
Different people may possess different perception depending upon their culture as
well as political and social environmental factors (McKinney et.al 2017). Main aim is to
develop an employee so that with the passage of time they can enhance mental level to grasp
new things. These studies are mainly based on the research conducted by Jean Piaget. Main
aim of early childhood education is (PILES) that is to meet physical, intellectual, language,
and emotional as well as social needs of kids. Therefore it can be said that in order to help the
kid to gain more and more knowledge there must be involved in some playing activities like,
art and craft, drama, and many more.
In this essay discussion will be carried on, different factors that influence early
childhood studies in the different nations, sound academics format, ethos or value system of
the students.
Ethos basically refers to a character that involves ideas which helps in the
formulations of different opinions on different nation as well as communities (Hearfield,
2017). In the present era ethos refers to the process of developing basic values about culture,
people and corporations.
Parents send their kids to the school with that faith that they will get adjusted to the
atmosphere and soon they will be able to groom themselves. In order to assure same, I think
that children should be made capable enough to reach their potential in order to develop for
themselves as well as for their family members (Valentine, 2017). According to me, proper
care should be provided so that they can develop self-esteem and attain excellent level in
their academics.
All these enthuse were shaped and developed on the basis of the vision designed by
the organisation. According to me among all there are two main vision – providing high level
of care, education, and many health care services to the student with the help of staff
members and the way work is performed by the team members should be done in such a way

that they can present themselves as a role model in front of the children. In the begging I
think that when it comes to early age of children everyone carries same perception but soon I
realised that ethos are affected by the cultural and environmental factors (Sleight and
Robinson, 2016). For example: ethos of the people living in India is completely different
from that of UK. In India major main focus is paid on the health whereas in UK attention is
paid on overall development of a child.
There are number of microstructure and macrostructure factors that have influence in
the early age of a kid. Although there are many factors that have an influence on the children
some of these factors can have positive effect whereas, some may have negative effect over
them. Macrostructure factors may include, socio-economic factors are capable enough to
influence a child life. However a microstructure factor includes family, parents and
grandparents who are the major reason behind innocence and the negative experiences that
will harm the kid. According to me as, long time is spend by the children in schools, if the
teachers and the surroundings are good enough then it may have a bad influence over a kid
which is not good in the early age (Newman and Newman, 2017).
Depending upon the different cultures followed by the families their way to response
the situations also changes so, by this it can be said that culture shape the experiences which
further influence overall development of the children’s. In some nations it is believed that
kids should be left free to develop their own opinion for the world (World Health
Organization, 2014). On the other hand, in nations like India a proper support and care is
given to the kids in their early age. Over the period children have developed their own culture
as soon as they reach the age group of 9 months to 5 years. Especially if the kids are disabling
then they required special care as well as attention.
Socio-economic factors have great influence because if a child belongs to a poor
family then they have to suffer from lack of nutrition, proper education but special child
development program was started in US so that the children who belong to low income
families can get all the rights and lead sustainable life (Adrien et.al. 2014).
According to me all these factors have impact over the child in number of ways such as, if
there is positive climate in the schools then it would be easy children to develop their
understanding along with overall physical and mental development. I think all these things
will help the parents to work peacefully at their work place without the tension that their kids
are been nourished properly or not

There are many cases which I have experienced such as, kids that are belong to
unsound financial background are not given equal rights as well as facilities in the school in
such a case the agencies come up with all the laws that made by the government so, that they
can avail they can avail all the benefits. Apart from all this there are many cases in which
small kids have so face problems for example; there is trend of bulling new and small kids on
their first day in the campus. At the initial stage these kids so not have that much confidence
and courage to face all the things but if they accrued early childhood studies they built that
much self-esteem in themselves that they can easily oppose wrong things (Dave, 2014).
Government is also paying proper attention to all these issues specially the macrostructure
one.
UNCRC stands for United Nation Convention on the right of the children. According
to this it has been considered that every student has some rights apart from their religion,
caste, colour, creed, disability and sex. According to this organisation main aim of this
organisation is to advertise that the primary role of the parents as well as rest of the family
members are to take care of their children’s and build them with their age so that they
become enough capable to undertake all the duties(Coppock and Gillett-Swan, 2016). All
these things will help agencies to build the common base and draw the appropriate guidelines
to provide their best services to kids.
There are many elements of child right they are (Bhabha, 2014) such as, giving proper
attention to the child in their early age so that they do not feel insecure and indulge in any
mislead activities. However in order to promote and protect the rights of all the kids that are
included in child range programming all the institution can take help of media and as well as
many other people who are in direct contact with the children.
Apart from this many events are been organised in order to increase active
participation of kids in activities help in them. Past experiences shows that all those number
of kids that are actively involved in performing different activities build shaper mental level
as compared to those who sit ideal.
Considering the fact that, kids as a major part of community, the organisation has
developed many policies in order to enhance importance of kids in the community, family,
school and the society. Along with it all the major roles as well as responsibilities of the
parents are clearly laid down by the organisation.

As all the work cannot be done by a single person so, partnership is done in order to
maintain good relations with large number of communities as well as agencies which can
help in promoting, protecting and proving guidelines in order to fulfil right of the kids.
Understand interest of the children is also essential as, each and every person has
different likings and disliking. Some time it happens that these kids feel frustrated if they find
that their surrounding people are not able to understand them. So, it’s important in that case
to take each and every kid as a different individual and try to understand them as well as their
needs.
Each and every nation has their own culture as well as rulers and regulations to
protect the children and provide them all the right. Culture affect thinking process because of
which in few nations such as in India when it comes to child right major focus is laid on their
nutrition level whereas in few nations such as UK government focuses on providing
elementary education so that as soon as they turn 16 years they can become productive asset
for their nation (Oates and Hey, 2014).
From the above essay it can be concluded that, all the kids are the precious gift of god
so, they have full right to avail all the benefits despite of been discriminated on the basis of
income level or any gender (Parker and Leeson, 2015). In order to assure the same many
rules, regulations are made by the government of the different countries but still they are a
need for more improvement in the certain sections of society. Many of my opinions have
changed over the period after meeting different kids and dealing with their different views
and perceptions but one thing is common among all that is, they all want attention and care
from the people surrounded around them.
