Introduction
Inclusive practice is defined as the teaching pedagogy which is suitable for every
student irrespective of their background, cultural identities, physical or mental disabilities.
The concept of inclusive practice is highly improvisation in educational institutions and
schools because it helps ensure that the each student gains effective educational experience
and an egalitarian environment is created at the educational institution. The purpose of this
report is to understand the professional and regulatory background of inclusive practice along
with factors which impact leaning. In addition to this strategies and policies which promote
inclusive learning along with its effectiveness are reviewed in this report (Jachova,
Kovačević and Hasanbegović, 2018)

to decrease in cognitive capability as chemicals in the brain change during
puberty. The positive impact of changes in age on learning is that it leads to
preservation of motor skills while the negative impact is that learning tasks which
require associative binding are negatively affected.
 Peer pressure: Peer pressure defined as the influence of individuals in the same
social circle which can persuade others to do actions in order to be accepted by
the social circle. This factor affecting learning of an individual as it influences
their choices related to learning and development. The positive impact of peer
pressure on learning is that it can influence individuals to enhance their
motivation, learn some positive habits again confidence to take up a new
experience. All these actions support learning of new skills and knowledge by
students. The negative impact of peer pressure on learning is that it can distance
students from their family and friends and distract from their educational work.

 Culture: The cultural background of a student has high influence on the way in
which the student participates in education and gains knowledge. Engagement in
learning process is significantly dependent on cultural background of the student
and teachers adopt their learning style as per the cultural background of the
student (Foreman and Arthur-Kelly, 2017).Apart from this diverse cultural
environment of a classroom helps students gain a more comprehensive
understanding of the subject matter as perspectives from different students do you
do the diverse cultural backgrounds are discussed in the classroom. The positive
impact on of culture I'm learning is that is that helps the worldview of the students
and influences their learning remembering talking and behaving. In a way culture
affects the learning style of students, and understanding relation between culture
and learning style can support effective learning of this student. The negative
impact of learning on student is that it can limit the learning abilities of the
student if they are not able to understand different perspectives.
 Confidence: Self Confidence is a willingness to stand alone, to feel free and to be
aware of his strength, as well as to face everything in his life. Beliefs are the
attitudes that must be owned by those who want to succeed because without self-
confidence it is impossible for a person to confront the problems the student faces.
Low self-esteem can lessen a student's desire to learn, her ability to focus, and her
willingness to take risks.
 Financial situation: Financial hardship may directly influence a person’s
cognitive ability. Commonly experienced strains of financial duress, such as
depression, and affirms that any form of stressor can have an impact on a person’s
cognitive resources. The poor economic conditions affecting most native
communities, damage self-esteem and can result in depression, drug and violence,
all of which contribute to the high suicide rate. The financial problems of students
immensely contribute to low performance, thereby leading to poor quality of
education in a number of ways. In the first place, most students cannot afford the
essential learning materials like textbooks.

include some of the brain’s core functions such as thinking, reading, learning,
