in which they behave and the type of attitude being kept by them towards learning. If the
learner is being impacted to indulge in drugs and skip classes then it will influence his or her
learning.
Cultural factors – In relation with the cultural factors there are different norms as well as

Nature V/S nurture – Nature is being defined as the biological as well as natural
predispositions that might influence the traits of human being or any individual. On the other
hand, nurture is defined mainly as the influence of the environment on the behaviour of an
individual. The nature of the learner and the manners in which he or she is being nurtured
highly impacts the learning.

Analytical skills – These are being referred as the professional qualities being possessed by
an individual in relation with thinking critically, making difficult decisions, evaluating the
information and resolving difficult issues.
Some examples from own experience – In my teaching experience where I was working as an
assistant educator, I can across with the learners who have problems related to varying sight
issues. One of the learners was suffering from important visual impairment that he used a
white stick. In such a scenario, his learning style was quite different and I have to change my
style accordingly. For making learning effective for him, I used to give him verbal
instructions in case of any tasks and also offered him assistance in case he need to do
something using his hands.
Deaf awareness and visual awareness – These are being referred as the frameworks that helps
in giving direction to the educators towards development of more inclusive learning
environment for the learners. It also provides instructions to the educators regarding manners
to interact with the learners who are facing issues related to sight and hearing.
Moser report – It is being referred as the document which establishes and includes the steps
and manners of making improvement in literacy and numeracy in adult learning. It also
includes a set of changes that can be bring more attractive offerings for the learners who want
enhances their fundamental abilities.
Higginson report – This is again an important document which aims to educate teachers in
regards with offering safe, positive and learning society which is suitable for the special
requirement of the children.
Professional and vocational standards – These standards are being based on majorly three
pillars that is professional knowledge, skills and values & attitudes. It allows the educators to
determine their own areas of development and offer a reference point which can be utilized
by the firms for supporting the evolution of their workers (Chao, Forlin and Ho, 2016).
How I use the above in my teaching – These frameworks also allowed me to analyse and
revise papers and the ways of executing the same in personal organization. I can get clear
comprehension of own roles and accountabilities, policy documents and present legislation.

Staffing ratio – There are many guidelines in both public and private organizations that
requires that each and every institute must follow the principles of inclusivity in the process
of recruitment, there should be rules related to gender, people living in marginal lines and
disabilities.
Staff and student charter – There are different nations who have establishes policies for
decreasing the cases related to differentiation on the basis of religion, caste, gender and
society.
